This food is sooooooooo good !!! The mini asada tacos were sooooo good like idk, I said mmm biting into them.Grilled onions along with onions and cilantro! I've had their breakfast tacos and dinner a couple of times. Here's the breakdown:Service and Ambiance:- The service is good, and the staff are friendly.- Beer is cheap compared to other places these days (Mexican beer is $3.99, and Micheladas are $6.49).- The place isn't terribly loud, which is rare to find in restaurants these days. It's a good spot to enjoy conversations with family and friends.Food:- Their flour tortillas are pretty good, earning an A+ for breakfast tacos.- The chilaquiles tacos are just "OK" -- nothing memorable.- Bean and cheese tacos are similarly unremarkable. The beans, both in the breakfast tacos and on the dinner plates, are a bit bland and lacking something.- Their beef enchiladas contain pieces of chopped beef instead of ground beef and are overly salty.Overall: It's a decent place for breakfast tacos and very inexpensive dinner plates, but the food is only 3-star worthy. Not bad, but just okay.And did I mention their Karaoke on Friday nights? It really makes for a fun dinner experience. Seriously, it's a fun place for a Friday night, where you can enjoy music and drinks without having to go out to a bar.

Oh my goodness, who doesn't love a good breakfast taco. Well if you get the opportunity, please please please check out Taqueria La Tapia. I will say that it might not look from the outside like the most appealing place in the world, but the food here is wow so delicious so amazing and so affordable not only that but the customer service is quick to responding turn around and getting the food to you while it's still so piping hot that you just absolutely feel like you were just in the kitchen eating it. The customer service is sweet and kind they're carrying they understand and then they ask you is there anything else even after you've already paid and you're on your way out the door please enjoy the customer service. Enjoy the food but most of all enjoy the atmosphere of just knowing that this place is hands-down. Amazing don't take my word for like I say all the time. Come check it out. See what you think. Only pay $13 for two sausage, egg and cheese breakfast burritos, two make an egg and cheese breakfast burritos, a coffee, and two hashbrowns. The food was fast, and the service was great. Our server continue to replenish our coffee and water without mention. There was plenty of seating and comfy. We will definitely be back!

Stopped for breakfast tacos on our way back home from a weekend in San Antonio.We stopped because the drive thru was a nice touch! We needed something fast and on the go and this place was perfect for that.I ordered the sausage and egg taco and added potatoes. My girlfriend ordered the migas taco and a chorizo and egg. The food was fine. Nothing super spectacular but good. worth the price for sure.I will also say lady at the window was super sweet, but we somehow had a misunderstanding with the order. we only ordered 5 but were given 6 tacos. She told us she fixed our ticket but the receipt we received still showed 6 tacos. If you find yourself in this part of town looking for tacos and you don't want to leave your car, this is your spot.

Wanted to try this location and was disappointed in overall service. Coming here, I waited in the front and saw an employee 2ft away, right next to me. She was focused on what she was doing and never made eye contact; I looked for someone else. There was another patron, sitting and waiting for something, he acknowledged us and said that we could seat ourselves anywhere. It was nice to know that people can still be kind for nothing in return. We walked to the beat of the music, took a left, saw a few emptied tables. They may have just had a rush of ppl as the wiped down tables had a lot of trash of the floors. Was a bit over 30min before someone made their way to sweep up. Rewinding a bit: once sat, i ordered the parrillada azteca special. I was excited to try the chicken, steak, and chorizo that the server explained. As you see in my pic, the Chorizo was the center of attention as it was the freshest meat cooked, but I didn't get to try it. The plate was visually unappealing. The chicken, steak, and vegetables were overcooked and the meat was tough. The flavor of the chicken and steak made me think of days old pork that you reheat in a microwave. I walked it to the front asking my server if I could change my order. I think she pointed for me to repeat myself so the this other person could hear and address. This person said ok and sorry but, at this point, I'm only assuming she's the manager. I KNOW what you may be thinking, but I could not eat this and had been fasting over 24hrs so I needed fooood. Ordered enchiladas; quick and easy, right?. Figured since I got the huge plate in less than 10mins, these enchiladas would be faster. In the meantime, they could let me eat what was still at my table. Mindset: enchilada plate also came with rice and beans. No biggie. I was wrong. The server took what was on the table.... That small lil plate of fluffy tasty rice with beans and pico that came with the parrillada plate was quickly gone so I was left eating chip crumbs and watery salsa. I wanted to be able to eat with my husband. It was well 10min by the time I got my plate, but by this time, the crowd was died down. As soon as I reached to grab a hot tortilla, there was my food order receipt plopped in there. Maybe forgot to take it out? Our server later checked in with us and we asked for to go boxes; never got our receipt. Again, first time here and we weren't sure if we should go wait in line or if receipts were given. After waiting so long, we got to the cashier and told her I had no receipt but pointed at where we sat. She pulled our ticket, we paid and left. Both male and female restrooms were closed or blocked. I think they were cleaning. Chicken flauta plate: A+

The first time I found a small pebble in my taco. I was like okay things happen during processing. Then it happened a second time, much larger this time! Never again!!!!

Food- good, authentic. Made fresh Service- good and fast. Ambiance- older fast food set up. Could use some room upgrade furniture and art.

Wow!! Yes, this is a Mexican restaurant but check out their menu. Everything from seafood to burgers. There's something for everyone. Lots of lunch / dinner specials. Breakfast served all day.Good food and friendly staff. A winning combination.
