DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE THREE STARS.I don't know what the three stars are about, but the food here and ESPECIALLY for the price you're paying is just WORTH IT. This a mom & pop restaurant and they are VERY generous with their portions and pricing. I haven't had their dinner but the lunch and breakfast are immaculate. We are now regulars here.

Location is nice and roomy and clean but not where directions show it is. this one is on 2318 Fredericksburg. My Guisada tacos and the chalupa were both good. Waitress attentive and pleasant. Overall good place to eat.

Love the food! The new owners are very friendly and compassionate in what they do! Family owned business run by the Gonzalez&Zarate family , Very beautiful family with good hearts.

I thought previous reviews were being nitpicky, but everything is true. Tacos are small, after 11am the prices go up (this is a first and honestly embarrassing...) for the same ingredients... Drive-through worker was very rude. Tacos and salsa is a better bang for your buck and in the same area.

After trying El Jalisco down the street we thought we would try the "other" Jalisco. It was way better!! Do not be deceived by appearances. From the outside, the restaurant doesn't look like much however, service was excellent and the food was good! Even better, we paid $18 for the exact same meal we were charged $40 for at El Jalisco. We enjoyed our breakfast tacos and menudo and were even happier to find out it was cheaper. This place seems to be more of a drive-thru place than sit down. We'll definitely be back to to pick up breakfast tacos.

We came in for Sunday breakfast and were seated quickly. Not a big crowd on this day but it wasn't empty either. I like that they have a picture menu to see what your ordering and our "Migas" plate was as advertised -very tasty and extremely affordable. They have a very friendly staff and quick service. It's in a high traffic area which makes getting in and out a little adventurous but worth the trip.

Great fresh, delicious food and service. Awesome affordable lunch specials with a great selection. The carne guisada is really good. Tacos are always fat and stuffed with home made tortillas.

Great prices. Great food. Polite server. Prepare to practice your español. Love the cute Mexican style decorations. And wow- seriously - 3 huge breakfast tacos for $3.49! Different types of Salsas- all super good. Definitely one of my favs!

Really enjoyed this place! AMAZING Habanero Salsa - Big portions, and friendly staff. Helps if you can speak Spanish, but not necessary. Not sure why it's only a 3 star, will be back for sure.

To start, it was freezing. Food was bland. But mainly, the restrooms are disgustingly filthy!!
