Just picked up tacos from here in the morning and was super shocked at how cheap the prices are! It's amazing how in this day and age you came still get some good priced tacos! Now, sometimes I feel the tortillas may not be real, but hey that's just me being biased because they're maybe that good. Who knows! But the service from staff is always great, always willing to help. The interior and exterior are both really clean! I can appreciate that.

This is a good Mexican restaurant. The food is good, full bar, and helpful staff. Heavy duty furniture, but comfy. Karaoke night when we were there, so very loud and had to yell to talk to each other. None of the customers sang, just the karaoke jockey, so seems like he could have turned it down a bit. Good rice, tasty beans. Inconsistent tortillas: thick on one side and thin on the other. Excellent al pastor. Nachos had a pile of lettuce for some reason? Not really a nacho topping so mostly was in the way. But I would go back when no karaoke for the food.

Had an excellent time at this Mexican restaurant. Amazing service!! The waiters were attentive. The karaoke was phenomenal!!! I've uploaded videos on their FB page from the amazing talent that is nestled. It turns out they have karaoke on Friday , Saturday, and Sunday. It entirely entertained my guests. Just a stupendous and amazing time to entertain. Wow. Speechless. The good was hot and all the plates were generous portions for cost . We absolutely loved it and will make it one of our top selected restaurants.

Great food, amazing margaritas, waitresses are always polite, attentive and punctual. Manager will come and introduce himself and recognizes his regulars. Very clean and great vibe

Had the daily special. atmosphere is nice and kept clean. Food was just ok and the prices were reasonable. Fajitas were good but the chicken enchiladas that came with special were less than good.

Great fajitas are amazing. Best quality so far in San Antonio. I recommend you try multiple things on the menu

I was treated to breakfast by a friend who frequents the taco house.The ambiance is fine and it's clean but the food sux. I had the Machacado plate with papas and refried pinto beans, 1 flour & 1 corn tortilla and unsweetened tea.The tea was good and cold. The machacado was mush with far too much onion apparently used to hide the meat that was missing. The potatoes were bland and a far cry from "papas rancheras"; the beans were horrible with too much red chili powder and no bean taste (probably canned beans disguised as fresh).To honor my friend I ate most of the meal; however, when he asked me how I liked the place I told him it was not a place I'd ever pick and I'd be afraid to order some of their tacos.Jalisco isn't missing any of these folks who pretend to be genuine cooks from there. I could do 100% better and I'm a Texan. The meals are overpriced so people go there to impress one another that they can afford an expensive meal that's not even close to mediocre, how sad.Their condiment chips were okay but the watered down red salsa was not.I'll never go back even if invited and I don't recommend it to anyone. SA has hundreds of taquerias that do much better than this joint, and far cheaper.

My husband orders food here all the time and on his fifth kid this waitress knows that he is married Jesse (Jesus) Aquino on his fifth kid having sexual relations on the job site in a vehicle parking lot on the job site and not charging him for food obviously I would think it's not very sanitary after having sexual intercourse in her vehicle or in the restaurant I'm coming back to prepare food it just happened this morning September 30th 2024 definitely need to hire better waitresses that have a little bit more respect for themselves it will be reporting to BBV

Food was average at best. Wasn't super great but wasn't terrible. The Sandia was really good though. Service was also average, food was fast but the servers were not attentive. Ambiance?? What's that??? This place had worst atmosphere than an army DFAC (dining facility) No music, no decorations, and no red carpet. In all honesty, this place isn't bad nor good, just average. Decent enough for a "fast food" Mexican meal.

Great authentic Mexican food. Great prices, great services (even tho they couldn't speak a word of English lol) but that's ok, they were very friendly and order was perfect.
