This place is an amazing hole in the wall. I was grabbing lunch with a friend who used to work here, and he recommended we stop here for food. The service was great, its a nice little family owned place and they were fast to make the food and very friendly.I got the lonche, and it honestly blew any other hispanic style sandwich I've had out of the water. I had asked what the difference between a lonche and torta was, and my friend let me know that they use different types of bread! The meat was juicy and tender, the bread was toasted just enough, and the whole meal made me want to order a second round.

This place is legit! Delicious menudo and barbacoa. Don't let the outside fool you the customer service is great, they are very nice, and are making the best menudo and barbacoa I have had!

This place is legit! The menudo was delicious and hot, lonches (sandwich with French bread and Barbacoa) was also fantastic. When you make it a combo as in dipping the sandwich in the menudo soup. Out of this world! They ran out of beef feet in the menudo, so definitely will be back to try it con pata. This family own and operated restaurant first started as food truck but since has established this brick and mortar restaurant. Awesome food, friendly staff can't beat it.

This place only serves barbacoa and menudo, and they do it well! I love their lonches, which are barbacoa served in a toasted French bread sandwich with salsa. The portion is large for the price and the service is always friendly.

A gem for sure. Very delicious lonche, mouth watering taste of meat and well made saices. Definitely recommend this. Looking for authentic mexican food? This is the go to place. No matter how you have the birria, weather in tacos or lonche, it's amazing. P.S- Get there early, it gets full fast and they usually sell out!!

Best BARBACOA TACOS AND SÁNDWICHES. MUST EAT WHILE IN SAN ANTONIO!!! This place is currently in a small shop poi center off of Gen McMullen near Martin. They don't have too many tables and it's rather small because it used to be a food truck. Look the meat is so juicy. Try the lonches packed with meat and veggies. Makes my mouth water thinking about it. Take it to go and eat in car(cuz of quarantine) or in park near by. You won't regret it. Also take a Mexican Cole with you. We've been going to this place since it was a food truck in south side. Amazing filling delicious food. I'm from Mexico too. So that says a lot.

Great barbacoa, great menudo.The whole menu is good but if you're new to this get the lonche. Amazing flavor.

The best Lonches in town. If you don't know what a Lonche is by now, you need to find out. Service is always good but you do have to be patient as they get busy.
