Tacos El Regio

This place always hits the spot day or late at night. Delicious food for any hour. Service is friendly and they keep the place kept up very well considering it's outside. They have a covered area to sit which is nice.

I ordered the 5 mini tacos with asada, 1 regular taco with asada, a quesadilla, and a bean and cheese taco. I really enjoyed the bean and cheese taco and the regular tacos. I thought the salsa lacked flavor but the food was good.

10 years after first reviewing this place and it's still that GODDAMN GOOD. Stopped on our way home and glad we did. They still have some of the best mini tacos in town and they're certainly San Anto's undisputed torta and frijoles charros champs.More impressive is that with another hugely popular taquito place immediately across the street, this place continues to crank out quality eats, hence its continued patronage and longevity.

Bomb!!!!! They are located inside Slackers bar, next to the Airtopia, open from 11am to 2pm then back open at 5pm to 2am. The food is amazing! I orders the asada mini tacos, they come in a quantity of 5, the regular quesadillas, also asada, and the street corn. All fantastic. The meat was very tender and flavorful. They are very generous with their portions and toppings. As a fellow Mexican, I approve of it all!!! The lady who took my order was very sweet and brought my food very nicely packaged with a big smile on her face. I can't wait to order more! While waiting for my food I walked around and checked out slackers, which I'll review next xoxo

Food was cold it was not under proper temperatures, this could actually get somebody sick.

This place is going down hill fast! Not sure what happened but this was my go to spot for food. My last 3 attempts were very disappointing. Decided to try one more time since I haven't been in 2 months. Again I get served crap. Avocado slices on my tacos are browner than my asada meat. The meat taste like it was microwaved from the day before. It was chewy and crunchy at the same time. I didn't think this was possible. The mini tacos used to be 4 now it's 5. Each taco had less of everything in it. Just added another tortilla and spread everything out. Don't waste your time coming just go across the street to tacos west ave. You'll get some real loaded tacos.

This food truck was pretty good. I'm from California so I didn't have high expectations for tacos here and I was pleasantly surprised at the carbon and asada. They were both really tender. The torta was huge and pretty good too. It fed two of us plus the tacos. The green sauce went perfect with everything bc it had a kick but wasn't too over powering in spice. The peaches in cream was interesting. I didn't hate it but it's a lot of cream and peaches from the can. Overall the place was chill. Parking looks like a pain, we just parked at a no park zone bc it was super late and we were going to be in and out.

Super yummy mini tacos! I got the asada mini tacos with everything on it. I had the plate delivered, but for some reason (not sure which delivery service was used as they were ordered for me) the delivery person also brought their child along.The child was actually the one who knocked on my hotel room door and handed me the tacos. The person (parent?) idk was behind them... strange. Good tacos overall, even included slices do avacado. I even got a cold bottled water that still had water droplets from the outside.

fucking trash, they put hot dogs on their burger and their pastor is fucking bland. Crazy overpriced and definitely not worth the price. A fucking 6oz cup of beans is 8 dollars and its not even fkn hot. This place is the epitome predatory trash, you will be drunk so you wont care and thats what they bank on, literally.

Just gross. Go here if you want to be disappointed. I found a pubic hair in the torta, they forgot to include the coke that we paid for, and instead of giving me charro beans they gave us a cup full of nacho cheese??????! Like they're playin an elaborate joke???
