Tacos El Pelon

This food truck as the best carne asada street tacos in San Antonio, and I will gladly defend that against anyone who says otherwise. On a Friday or Saturday night, this food truck is lit. They have a limited menu, but it the chef knows how to cook these menu items perfectly.I bought a plate of five carne asada tacos for $6. That's an unbelievable price compared to what other places charge per taco, especially when you consider the cilantro and onions are freshly cut and prepared. At a dollar extra for a slice of avocado for each taco, you can't beat the price of the food at Tacos El Pelon.

Tacos El Pelon is by far the best food truck I have ever eaten food from. The food is so incredibly tasty I could eat it every day! This is the only food truck that I have ever been to where I can actually taste the love! Their customer service is also unbeatable! Both the Chef and the employees are humble and genuinely seem happy to serve you. The pricing on their food is also unmatched! You definitely get the most bang for for your buck with Tacos El Pelon. If your looking for the best street tacos in SA, Tacos El Pelon is the place. If I could give 6 Stars I would!

Best southeast taco truck! If you're into tripas they have them made to order crispy...they will not disappoint. The wait is pretty long on the weekend but worth the wait!

If you are looking for some delicious mini tacos this food truck is #1 Their prices are unbeatable $6 will get you 5 juicy flavorful tacos! I have tried dozens of taco trucks and this one is hands down the best. The meat is so tender and full of flavor, veggies always fresh, salsas are very tasty and spicy, and customer service very friendly. They also have other food options and Mexican sodas. My go to order are the Barbacoa tacos, must give it a try!
