TacoMadre Taco Truck

I am really overdue for a review of this taco truck! We eat here at LEAST once a week! Prices are Very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Our usual go to is the chicken fajita chipotle bowl. It comes with rice, charro beans, chicken lettuce tomato cheese & sour cream! So so good, & it's packed with flavor!! Seriously! My husband usually finishes his plate but it's definitely two meals for me! I have also tried the Burris tacos, the asada mini tacos and the chicken quesadillas, all of them are a hit but that chipotle bowl has us in a chokehold! Also DO NOT forget to get the cucumber lemonada!! So so good!! This place is consistent every time with the great customer service and quality of food!

I wouldn't come again. I've never had birria tacos before so idk what to compare to. The consume was sweet tasting. I didn't care for this. I only ate one taco. I took the rest home to see if making the tortilla crispy helped. It did not. It's too much cheese and this coming from a cheese lover. Overall everything lacked flavor. Unsure if this is common for Birria tacos. Service: The beans...Let him know this was first time here. He tried to pull one over on me and charge me for 16oz. He didn't ask size. I thought it only came in one size the small $2 8oz one. So when I saw the price hike I had to ask if there was anything smaller than 16oz. The small serving is enough. Ambiance: the location itself is nice. Wasn't crowded when I went. Area is covered, parking was easy and not crowded.

Found a new spot to get tacos and I'm really happy about it! I really enjoyed the food here. My favorite food items were the carne asada tacos and the elote. I loved the sala verde that came with the tacos. Also, the elote here is FRESH not canned! Best elote I've had for a while. The staff were really nice and they have outdoor seating where you can eat the food.

Quesabirrias were delicious, hot and fast. Consume had perfect spice and thickness. Got a limonada with cucumber that I am hooked on. Staff was very friendly. Great neighborhood truck.

Nice spot to get tacos in SA. The location is super cute with picnic tables and a cover it's right behind the shell gas station so you might miss it if you didn't know it was there. The mini tacos were super tasty and their salsas are really good. I wasn't a huge fan of the quesibirria but I'm not a birria fan in general so I'm not sure how this compares to other birria. The elote is fantastic. I've been on a hunt for good elote in SA and this one hit the mark. The horchata is also super tasty as well. Great spot to grab tacos.

Took one bite and was transported back to the 956! no but seriously lol this place is delicious!! So glad I found a legit birria place so close to me! Definitely recommend if you're looking for some great tacos.

I got the $25 dollar taco bundle and it was great. Took a while for the tacos to be ready, but the timing was not terrible. Not somewhere I would sit and eat, for there is only 1-2 tables and its located on dirt.

Make sure that you check to see if you receive the correct order. We recently visited the business; the food is decent at most but they mess up your orders.

The food is amazing!! The mini street tacos are so yummy! We also got the ramen bowl with the birria taco. So good!! Highly recommend. The service was quick and the weather was nice to sit outside at the picnic tables.
