I ordered one Taco Matamoros at the Cypress and San Pedro location but was given two by mistake. When I pointed it out, the staff reacted with visible irritation and poor communication. The manager who stepped in was passive and unhelpful, doing little to resolve the issue or address my concerns.Mistakes happen, but the rude and dismissive attitude of the team was unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location. Why do you have to pull to the side for a taco ? It's just so strange when all you make is tacos lol

Don't eat here. Over priced food, they will get your order wrong, and they don't take cash. Paid extra for a lot of things and they messed it up. I would avoid this place.

The worker was so rude! I asked what kind of beans does the plate come with and he thought I said does it come with beef... so he answered real smart a** and said well yeah it's gonna come with beef!! Really awkward. these are the portion and this is the uncooked tortillas they all look like this.. this is all 16 dollars

This is not a full restaurant taco palenque. It's a converted Sonic, so drive thru/up and/or order in app. (So, no inside salsa bar) They were very busy and were working out app order kinks, but were friendly. They forgot a small side of guacamole, but added a lot of salsas. I though the beef fajita meat in the pirata taco was bland, but everything else was tasty.

If I could give this a ZERO...Food had been remotely decent knowing the area. I would go there almost everyday for a breakfast burrito. They have screwed up my order far too many times. I gave them the befit of the doubt but to add tomatoes in a breakfast burrito is outrageous. Then I was specifically clear on an online order for my food then they decided to add rice in my breakfast burrito. I finally called after the 4th time of messing up and they tried to get me to go back but I was just done. So instead I asked for a refund which I was promised by the manager, and I asked if they needed me there for the refund but she said it will just take 2-3 days for refund. I get that and it's not the 1st and no refund, I refuse to eat there anymore due to lack of service and shitty management. If you got here always DOUBLE CHECK your order. This is lacks SERVICES!!!! I will be going back to get my refund.

I ordered three tacos from this location when it first opened, excited to have a nearby spot. When I went through the drive-thru and opened my tacos, I found hairs in two of them. The situation got worse when I discovered more hair on my third bite and had to spit out the food. After some persuasion from my spouse, I decided to try the remaining taco, hoping it would be clean, but it also had a large hair in it. We ended up throwing all the tacos away. My experience with Taco Palenque was extremely disappointing. I'm sharing this so other taco lovers can be cautious with this location.

I have been eating breakfast her 3 to 4 times a week. My order of food is usually pretty good but the issue I have been having is that they make you pull up and wait so they can take the next customer and it has been 3 times that they have forgotten about my order. I was waiting out there today for 22 minutes, when I went to ask them they had no idea what was going on. The longest I have waited was about 25 minutes. I had to go look for someone inside to ask them where my food is at. I was refunded once and given my food quickly after I talked to them but It is just ridiculous that they cannot keep track of orders or customers! I will not be returning anymore because of this. The manager said he would make it real quick but I didn't even want the food anymore. I will just wait for 3 days to get the money back. Hopefully he trains the staff a little better!! Sad they lose customers for this!
