If I could give this a zero stars I would. Absolutely worst experience I've had at a fast food place since I left my hometown. Thought I'd give it a try and the service was horrible, people were rude when I pulled up to the intercom. When I received my order it was completely wrong. So I went inside and told them my order was wrong and they gave me a refund but were rude about it. I expected more from a company like this but I guess I was wrong. If you can, avoid this location!

They did not honor a national advertising and when I asked to speak to the manager he or she would not come out of his office. The management staff is an embarrassment to the company. They send out the poor cashier to give me the bad news.

The register staff and drive-through staff are always courteous and kind I'm but when you get your food and bring it home 9 times out of 10 it's wrong, it's disgusting or is just plain not okay. I drive out of my way to go to other Taco Bell just because of their trash food.

Meh, not to be a downer or anything but not my cup of tea. They provide good service at the counter. Their orders come out just as you ask for but their new tacos are nothing to get crazy about. Maybe if they had a sauce made to go with it then maybe I'd get crazy about or maybe I'm asking to much from a Tex-mex chain restaurant. It is, what it is, you know??With a clean interior and a hip new exterior should bring a wave of younger crowd of fast food lovers.We had it on our way out of Walmart and decided to check it out. I bet you this would be a great place to stop by to end your midnight cravings at least. Check it out for yourself you might just love it, lol.

If I could give NO stars I would. I go for a quick break from school because I'm hungry. Order a simple 1 taco in the drive through. Leave go back to school and see it completely the wrong order. I called to let them know and was told I could come back on my lunch. So I did thinking it wouldn't be a big deal. When I went an explained the situation I was being bombarded with accusations. Was told I didn't speak to anyone there. Was asked for my receipt? First of all, I was never given one. I have the payment charge in my bank. After being tired of arguing of something as sad as wrong Taco Bell food, I asked for a refund. Which was never given because I didn't have the receipt. Insult to injury, I wasted time and money on both trips working 2 hours. The manager on duty should be ashamed of the way she was speaking to me. They mess up food all the time, all I wanted was my correct order and didn't even get sympathy for my time. I'll never go here again and will probably never go to another for principle.

Ordered on a app 3 times. First time, no issues. The other 2...forget it!! Said order would be ready in 3 - 5 minutes. Hubby jumped in the car to go pick it up because it's a 3 - 5 minute drive. Food was ready in 19 minutes. Why? No excuse to wait for food for 19 minutes at any fastfood restaurant. If you notice, it was 17 minutes the time before and our notification said 5 - 8 minutes. If you can't accomodate, as promised, do away with app orders.
