If you are in the New Braunfels area, this food truck is definitely worth visiting. The street tacos and birria ramen are awesome! There are tables in the outdoor space to relax and enjoy your meal.

I tried to give this place one more try, the food is absolute garbage. Got a breakfast taco, the eggs were over cooked yet. Somehow the tortilla was raw and stuck to the tinfoil. Tasted terrible, not to mention the service is very unfriendly.

This place is awesome!! We drove out from California dropping off some supplies for the town and we were greeted by a handful of locals. One of which was these guys with a warm delicious meal! Quality food and awesome people who work there. Veteran owned too! We loved it so much we drove out the next day and got seconds. Highly recommended!!! I know you do catering, will you come out to California please?? Thank you so much everyone!!!

My husband and I live in a neighborhood across from where Smokin' Joe's kitchen is, so we get tacos A LOT. My favorite is the brisket, with some BBQ sauce (so so yummy) my husbands favorite is bacon and egg taco! My husband really enjoys the red salsa.We recently tried the cheeseburger with fries and I also really enjoyed this. The burger was a bit big for me, so it lasted 2 meals. The fries had a delicious season on it!Go check them out!

I wish this place was open more because the food is phenomenal! The barbecue is real quality and always has moist brisket. It's kind of hidden because it's in the Select Stop but definitely worth checking out.

Smokin Joe's breakfast tacos are amazing! They also have birria tacos that are so delicious. My husbands go to is their brisket nachos. We've tried lots of their menu items and every is so good. Highly recommend!

This place is so delicious. I am obsessed with their brisket nachos And tacos. I want to give this place more of my money but they close at random times and I'll drive all the way there and they aren't open during their normal business hours. It's happened multiple times now so I'm not going to get my hopes up anymore and drive all that way just to be disappointed. They also never answer their phones so you can't even call before to find out if they are open or not..really frustrating.

Ok so I love food and tacos!!! However this place is a biiiiig NO for me!!! Most of tacos are in a warmer usually not a problem (I'm very familiar with food service and how that works.) but when the taco I ask for comes out of that warmer and just gets cheese thrown on it and the taco is not even warm enough to attempt to melt said cheese that = not good! A potato and egg taco should never be made with seasoned potato wedges!!! That's not a true potato and egg with non melted cheese taco!!! If you ran out of potatoes then take that off your menu for the day! You should also consider warming your tortillas up at least a little but! See pics below of the type of tortilla I got vs a tortilla that is actually warmed up and changed the game! I'm sorry but the tortillas are a huge part of making a taco taste good! Bottom line I paid way too much to eat a taco that isn't even worth being called a taco!!!
