Really laid back, the people that hang out there were amazing and the atmosphere was top notch, I like the layout of the bar and the place was clean, I enjoyed my time there, the bartenders were exceptional and the service was quick and timely - the karaoke was awesome and the dart boards were in excellent condition - the food was delish I had pizza

One of the best spots in town. I love a spot where people have eachother's back and bring home made food often. The people here make you feel at home. I have been able to get Steve and a Kj to sing some weird stuff with me ha. No fear here!This is a place to go if you like dive bars with great drinks and areas to disappear to if you want to vape.Ask for Marla or Vicki, they will make you smile even on your roughest days. They are very serious here about their darts and karaoke. There is also a couple of pool tables. It's one of those places you can't help but fall for.

I was invited to Sir Winston's last night and I'm so happy that I accepted the invitation. I had an absolutely amazing time. This place has a friendly and welcoming environment. It seems that most of the patrons are regulars because everyone knew each other. I've never met so many amazing people at once. I love that people came and conversed with me about topics that I care about and most people are afraid to discuss. My face and ears still hurting from laughing so much. Also, people I've never met bought me drinks and just made my night out so great. Again, the people I met were absolutely amazing. I can't wait to go again. Maybe, I'll perform a Tina Turner song for karaoke. Haha.

Quite disappointing. Sign on door stated they opened at noon on Saturday. The bartender arrived at 1205 and looked offended because we were standing by the locked front door as she pulled up.

Such a fun place! I was visiting friends in San Antonio and they have become regular patron at Sir Winston's--after a single visit, I see why! The ambiance is very typical of a dive bar, so don't expect anything fancy. However, the drinks were great (we got a Cuba Libre, a cosmo, and two Russian Whites) and literally the cheapest bar tab I've ever paid (I actually had to double check they hadn't forgotten to charge me for anything). I mean, coming from Washington DC, almost any bar would be cheap, but seriously, you could go HARD on drinks here and barely bat an eye at the bill. The bartenders were great and efficient. The real selling points though were the (daily!) karaoke and the people. The karaoke was so fun, genuinely a mix of all talent levels, so everyone could get up there with confidence. I only did one duet since I was still a bit nervous, but my friends each sang a couple songs throughout the evening and I loved seeing everyone else in the bar try their hands at it too. The guy handling the karaoke was super chill and nice. I also loved that this is clearly a bar with tons of regular visitors: people recognized my friends and were very friendly.

I went over there on Saturday on 15th, and it was so awesome! Love the drinks. I felt bad the bartender was working alone with no help on the waitress. I'm going on Friday or Saturday. Great place to go to have a drink relax and enjoy ! Dart boards awesome pool tables are great and golf and bowling . Always popcorn to snack on and of course the drinks are awesome always a special going on . You won't be disappointed in this place . I give it 5 stars

$1 Thursday Nights 8 to 11pm, well Vodka and Lone Star & Miller Lite longnecks. I don't need to write any more, but I will. Awesome neighborhood bar. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, a/c that works (I can't believe I need to write that), karaoke, live bands, cold beer, $8 pizza (looks good, haven't tried it yet). Check this place out.

What was it about this place that made me feel like I was in the right place at the at wrong time. Like I should have been here in my 20s and not as a geriatric 39 year old who can barely drink beer because his pancreas is ruined after years of hard partying. We walked in and the first thing I noticed was the dank smell, the second thing I noticed was the karaoke going on with a mediocre singer belting out an old country song. Literally the first thought in my mind was, "I bet the Christmas party at this place is LIT!!" To many people this place may be uninviting or off kilter, but I instantly felt comfortable. Apparently my comfort zone is in dark, sorta stinky, outdated places. It's where I thrive, okay?! We find a place and sit at a table right in front of the stage. I go to the bar and I order 3 drinks. One for me, one for the dude and one for a friend who has joined us for the evening. Great prices and the Bartender, I don't think, had ever made a Ranch Water, told me that he hoped he made it right then said, "wait" he grabbed the bottle of tequila and topped off my drink and said "there, that should fix anything I did wrong" I love it. It was a good drink, not gonna lie. Unfortunately, the people I was with wanted to leave so we were here only a short time. But I wanted to mingle with the local folk and talk about days and times long gone, big hair and rock music. Because, while I know nothing about any of the prior stated, I do know that people here would be able to talk about it longingly and I would heartily laugh along like we were old friends. In the words of Arnold: "I'll be back"

The KJ (Karaoke Jockey) was a relentless D-bag... telling us there was an hour wait unless we have him a $20 to put us a head of the line... I guess it's a good place for middle age men to have their mid-life crisis but would not recommend F-
