Shipley Do-Nuts

Come here tonight for a craving and got exactly what I wanted. The young guy and the older lady were very polite. They even threw in a few donut holes in for me too :)To the guy with the door dash order with the kissing kolaches, I think your door dash dude probably stole those lol

Ok so this review may be bias but I remember Shipley's as a kid and my grandparents bringing them at night and this just took me back. Same great flavor and a must stop when I see one.

Best donuts in town . I love them when their warm . I highly recommend asking for warm donuts when you go too Shipleys . Their kolaches are really good too .

Some of our donuts were cold like it came out of a fridge or has been thawed from the freezer. Definitely didn't taste like it was made fresh that day. Also, one of the cream filled donuts that I ordered was not filled with anything, disappointed.

This is one of the best Shipley's in San Antoni. The ham and cheese Kolaches are the best I also like their sausage and jalapeno kolaches and their donuts taste great too

I started taking my family here once a month beginning last year. This Shipley's Donuts is well-run and the staff is very friendly. The prices are fabulous and the quality of the donuts and kolaches are excellent. My sons and family all are always asking to come here all the time. The staff remember us & their customers.They make sure that we have a wonderful experience and they are mindful of my little ones. Always be on the lookout for coupons on the mail because the deals are great. I am really thankful for the the quality cuter service and the products that they offer. Shipleys help me make wonderful memories for my kids and family. Thank you Shipleys.

These people robbed me I ordered 6 sausage rolls and they CHARGED ME FOR THEM AND DID NOT GIVE THEM TO ME . A simply order like this now you know this has I DONT CARE !!!! Written all over it . I am furious because I don't even know how to get my money back because it was through door dash .. Also and with the dozen of plane glaze donuts I ordered they had a very strange taste to them . I would NOT TRUST THIS PLACE GUYS . What an awful experience

Doughnuts lacked flavor (blueberry lacked blueberry, cinnamon roll lacked cinnamon). Staff has treated us as a bother to them both times we went.

Literally the sweetest ladies ever. Some of these reviews talk about rudeness but I've been coming here for over a year now. I always order donuts for my co workers and friends and they always give me a donut on the house just because! I come in uniform and I come out of uniform and it doesn't make a difference in how they treat me. 10/10 and the donuts are always fresh!! The kolaches are great too. I don't recommend the coffee because it's just out of a bottle or pitcher they keep in the fridge. But service is quick and I always go through the drive through.

They were so rude I was trying to place an order and they gave me so much attitude and ask if this was going to be a big order in such an ugly tone I guess they didn't want my money but the lady at the front was so rude!!! Will never come here AGAIN!!!.
