Sensational Salads and Wraps

I loveeee Sensational Salads and Wraps, their food is so fresh and delicious. Their salads are far from boring. They have very tasteful salads, I love their Autumn Harvest Salad!! Every time I see this truck at the food truck at lunch, I have to go. Such high quality salads and the staff is beyond friendly. Big, big fan!!

Delicious food and great service! We had the Buffalo Chicken salad and Buffalo Chicken wrap. Every ingredient had a fresh, clean taste. We will definitely be returning soon!

I am lucky that I have the luxury of this truck coming to my job every Monday for lunch. I decided to try another wrap and this time the "Chipotle Chicken Wrap." IT WAS SOOOO GOOOD. Wraps are loaded with food but also flavor. Very very neatly wrapped and packaged. Price was not bad at all for a wrap! I highly recommend them! A colleague of mine tried the César Wrap and adding chicken for $1-2 and he loved it. Again highly recommend this food truck!!

Best salad I've ever had (buffalo chicken on the apple salad). The wraps were delicious too. And I'm a bit of a salad snob. The ingredients were high quality and fresh. Nothing frozen- everything was top quality. Homemade fried okra was excellent, along with sweet potato fries. Vegan and vegetarian options! Prices were good and portions were huge! Definitely could split a salad and family- style large okra/fries.

Pros: Vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike will love this truck because of a wide array of add-ons, substitutions, and options.Cons: Though the salads are great, I think a couple of unique salad-based dessert options would put this truck over the top.I had the good pleasure of visiting this food truck today at my work place. I could tell that Sensational Salad Station makes their rounds at the likes of Rackspace and San Antonio Metro Health by the food vendor authorization stickers stuck on the front windshield. The truck is bright and colorful, much like their varied salad offerings; it is definitely pleasant to the eye.I tried the grilled sirloin steak salad, sans onions for the sake of my coworkers. The generous serving of juicy steak strips rested on a mixed bed of very fresh, very crisp romaine hearts and field greens. Atop the sensational salad were bleu cheese crumbles, in just the right proportion, and a tangy-sweet-savory balsamic vinaigrette. I greatly appreciated the fact that the chefs put in just the right amount of cheese crumbles, as I have had salads in which the large bleu cheese crumbles overpowered and dominated the salad. Here, the mix was just right. The ratio of seasoned steak to salad to bleu cheese was ideal.Though I chose not to, I could have customized my salad by adding in or substituting various salad greens, veggie toppings, meats, and cheeses at an additional cost. Essentially, you can start out with a "base" salad and choose any combination of toppings, meats, cheeses, and dressings to create your own, unique salad. This, I think, is a very nice touch.My only suggestion is a couple of nice dessert offerings. In fitting with Sensational Salad Station's theme, maybe something simple, but fun, like strawberries Romanoff or strawberry shortcake. That would put this food truck over the top into 5-star category.

I was excited about a food truck with salad options. I had the Texas Taco with Beef Fajita and Spicy Ranch Dressing. Unfortunately, I was so busy chowing down and not willing to slow down long enough to take a picture. Very fresh, and that salad dressing makes me very happy. Loved it!!

This is my favorite food truck! The salads are to die for. I know I know - salad.. from a food truck? If you love fresh food this is the place . I get the Buffalo chicken salad with avocado ranch I think.. (it's been a little while) . Every singleTime it's deeeelicious!! The sweet potato fries shouldn't be missed either . Everything is always fresh and it's worth every penny. I try to catch this truck when they are in my area . I need to make a point to drive where they are soon ... I miss this place ! Please give themA try if you see em out I promise you won't regret it ;)

Spotted their food truck in my neighborhood earlier this week and I'm delighted I checked out their website. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, they have been parking their truck in front of Alamo Plant and Petals from 11-2 this week for a healthy alternative for lunch. Had their Pesto Chicken wrap for lunch today and have an Apple Pecan salad in the fridge for tomorrow's lunch. Delighted to have spotted them Monday, and plan to return again in the future.

Love these guys and their food! They come to our work place on Mondays and that's one of my favorite lunch days now. I've liked everything I've tried; the portions are Huge and their Spicy Ranch dressing is incredible! I haven't tried them yet, but my co-workers rave about their fried okra and loaded sweet potato fries. And on top of that, they are nicest and most polite guys, you'd ever want to meet. If you see their truck around - it's bright and awesome looking - I highly recommend you stop by.
