Sauced on Losoya

The food was decent but not exceptional. However, I rate it highly for its convenience to Hyatt hotel guests. If you're staying at the hotel, it's a great spot to grab a meal and take it back to your room. It's open late, until 11 PM.

The pizza in a food cart with a pizza oven outside was intriguing, so we had to try it. The space was pretty at night with the hanging lights and it was still busy even at 11 PM. I can't believe they're a pizza place that closes at 12 AM. There were benches and tables for seating.We ordered the mi fungi pizza ($19) and a vegetarian pizza with tomatoes, olives, and cheese ($18). The mi fungi pizza was good! I especially love the truffle oil flavor from it. I liked this one better out of the two. Both pizzas had lots of cheese on top, which tasted really delicious and the crust was chewy like sourdough. It's kind of on the expensive side for a pizza that's medium-sized. Nice to try, but probably wouldn't come back again.

The food in Downtown San Antonio is trash! I have yet to get a decent meal down here!!! Take a look at the pizza Sauced served me last night

Sauced is a food truck stationed outside of the Hyatt Regency in San Antonio. I went twice while working in town this week, and enjoyed my pizza both times. I ordered the same pizza twice (their Blanco with olives). The Blanco is their plain white pie, and the olives that they have are excellent. Not your typical canned black olives that you'd usually find on pizza, but a mix of delicious gourmet green and purple olives. It seems like they reduced the size of their menu recently, and initially I was disappointed not to be able to try some of the pizzas they used to offer. However, the convenience of the location and quality of the pizza make this a no-brainer. I would say that both times the pizza could have been baked a little longer, but that's really just personal preference.

Had a half pepperoni and half supreme. Enjoyed it a great deal. Will definitely be back!

Picture speaks for itself. Kid running the booth was rude. Still trying to figure out how on a 101 degree day, the pizza can be cold. Wasn't hoping for a 10/10 but a 3/10 would be nice. Wouldn't waste money here, lots of better options for food. Be kind rewind just next door has better pizza. Btw this order took just under an hour to make.

Five stars for amazing service and delicious pizza. The mi fungi is amazing!!! It's a must have. We sat outside in the nice weather and enjoyed a pizza & beer. There was no wait and the pizza takes about 10 min to come out of the oven. All are 12 inches.

It's like what if baking soda without yeast was put under a light bright and sold for $20. Honestly, the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. A reason that food trucks should be more regulated. I am angry that there is basically no repercussions to terrible food because that food truck is really just a truck. Food is not what they are offering. Sorry, but close down and go home. Avoid at all costs. This was hideous.

I am not a person to leave bad reviews but we really felt lied to. We were visiting from out of town and really hoping to find a good pizza place. We were depending on the reviews as everyone else does to lead us to delicious food but sadly the pictures on the reviews from a year ago is not the same pizza we received. The chorizo was cold, the pizza crust was underwhelming and overall it was a cheap pizza not worth the price. You get a better bang for your buck with Barron Pizza. The ladies were nice but don't get swindled by the pictures- it's obvious the quality of their pizza has gone down.

Amazing pizza. Forgot the guys name that made our pizza yesterday (Wednesday) but he was very friendly and made the pizza the way we ordered it. Finished the pizza and still wanted more. Will be coming back soon. Thank you.
