Always fresh. Always hot. ALWAYS DELICIOUS! I've been to Santos for breakfast tacos a handful of times, and I am never disappointed. The flour tortillas are hand made fresh every morning (the only way you should ever have tortillas) fluffy and warmed up just right. My fav breakfast tacos are the chorizo with egg, nopales a la Mexicana and the machacado. I recently met the owner, Celina, who is an absolute delight! If you're ever on the west side of San Antonio, this place is a must! Below are pics of what I ordered on my most recent stop.

Stopped at this restaurant today for lunch and had their Be fajita special today and it was delicious. More than enough meat on that plate to make several tacos, the rice was perfect and the beans tasted fantastic. There's salsa was very good. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

I must be honest, I will not return here. The food was not even close to okay. The carne guisada lacked flavor and the sauce was watered down. I had the taco norteño, but I could taste the powder in the cheese, this ruined my taco. My kids burger was tasteless.

Typical Jalisco style Mexican restaurant. Nothing special, but, not too bad either. I had the enchiladas y fajitas plate and my son had the "sausage" & egg plate. I say "sausage", because it was actually hot dog franks, NOT sausage. But anyhoo, food was good, enchiladas had good taste, better than some Jalisco restaurants. Portions were good sized, not small. I drank the iced tea, tasted like sugar water, not like iced tea. In reference to another poster saying the beans were orange, mine were too, guess why, come on, any guesses, well, if you thought, "oh, probably because they had chorizo in them", you're correct. They were good. Flour tortillas were fresh and definitely homemade. That's always a plus. Salsa was nothing spectacular, typical Jalisco style salsa. If you're in the area, you definitely could do much, much, worse. I would actually say this is probably one of the better restaurants in the area, as far as food, now, as far as service, not good. Not attentive waitstaff. They're pooled around the cash register while one waitress does all the cleaning and filling shakers and salsas and such. No smiles, no welcome, no thank you have a good day, nothing. For those reasons, only 3 stars. Better your service and it's an easy 4 stars.

I was in San Antonio last weekend and we found ourselves driving around on a Saturday night at 9pm looking for a place to eat. It is surprising how many places close early in San Antonio. So we went here by default because it was open. The food was OK, in that greasy kinda way. I would have probably given this place 2 or 3 stars, but, and this a big but, my boyfriend got violently ill at 3am. So don't go hear unless your prepared to lose several pounds in the middle of the night. Now that I think about it, I could lose a few pounds myself, maybe I should have ordered what he did.

This place is the most disgusting place in the west side. The beans were ORANGE (seriously gross) and the rest of the food was bland. The service is horrendous. The wait staff would rather gossip than take your order.

This is my go to place for the best crispy tacos & tostadas, they are very crunchy & delicious. I also have ordered the shrimp plate (a la plancha) bean and cheese tacos, carne guisada w/cheese tacos, & Picadillo tacos all have been very tasty, Oh and don't miss out on their sweet tea it is perfectly sweetened. Since COVID we've been goin drive thru and their service has been quick but for even faster service call ahead, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Hope you have a great experience too!!

Their food is too greasy and the beans taste so weird. Never again. Gave it a second chance and my review remains the same.
