Santa's Place

We went to Santa's place on Sunday evening because a family member who was visiting wanted to go for karaoke. When we arrived I was a little concerned but we had a blast! The service was great. The karaoke performers were wonderful ! The only down side is that they were cash only. We were able to pay with Cash App. Can't wait to return!

What a great place to catch some blues and have a few stiff ones. The drinks are poured so strong here! I'm doing no complaining either! The band they had Sunday night was amazing. They had me hooting and tapping my foot for sure! Idk how or why but we got free plates of catfish and green beans here too. Everyone lined up so hubbie and I did too and they gave us food. I'm like whaaaat this place can't get any better! The catfish was seasoned well and fried golden. The green beans had some great flavor too. We were supposed to come just for some pre game music and drinks but we actually came back and ended our night here.

I would rather not say much of anything about this place because then it's going to get crowded and mess everything up. So, do not tell anyone about Sunday nights with great live jazz that actually starts at a decent hour (7:00 pm) and great food, even free sometimes. If they do charge, it's only $5.00. So pretend you did not read this.

I love this place, was introduced by a club brother when I first got to San Antonio, Thursday Nights, chill laid back atmosphere but they pour 1 hell of a Drink! A Plus is that they're Biker Friendly.. Favorite place to go unwind...

African-American bar.. live jazz band, comedy show, karaoke, best nights are Thursday and Sunday nite before 11 pm. Older crowd mix race of people. Nice. No darts, no pool table, strong mixed drinks.

Great local spot. Lots of out of towners come here with relatives. Love the food, drinks, music, and great friends Ive known and the news ones I make. A little bit of everything comes through here-bikers, city officials, visitors. I ran into someone I was stationed with overseas 20 years ago. This is a grown folks spot that guarantees a great time. I plan to have a party here one day.Did i mention the food?? mmmm! Ive been coming here for over 10 years every time I come back home to San Antonio. I prefer here over Midtown. Midtown is good too but its more 37-44yr olds I went to school with that go here. Im also from this area so I might be bias. Karaoke night is wonderful.
