This was a good place to buy fresh tortilla chips years ago, but it has gone down in the last couple of years. Twice now I have bought chips from them in last year and they taste like they are fried in old old oil, and burnt. I can't say anything about masa, but the place looks more and more run down every time I go there. I am now in search another chip place.

This tortilla factory has been around since 1925. I recall while growing up in San Antonio that my mother would make regular trips to buy both the corn and flour tortillas wrapped in a brown paper. After these many years, I had to go by and check it out. I bought some packages of flour tortillas (20 count for $2.50) also, came across some mini bunuelos which I had never seen before. I hadn't tasted a bunuelo in more years than I care to recall, but these were sweet and delicious! The flour tortillas were fresh and tasty.

This is the tortilla making part of the business that is connected to Ro-Ho Pork and bread. They make the best tortillas in San Antonio with out question IMHO. I absolutely love the thin corn tortillas. They are so delicious. This is now my go to spot for tortillas in San Antonio. My favorite so far is the flaxseed tortilla. It's like an ET tortilla. So good heated then enjoyed solo or wrapped around something. They also make four and flax seed tortillas. I dare you to try them.

Came in at 6:20 in the morning and the lights were out in the store front. The door was open and workers were in the back.We stood around for a moment until someone came from the back and told us they weren't open. All the information says m-f 6-3 so they should have been. I don't know if the owners are aware the staff aren't opening the store when they are supposed to.

The best tasting tortillas ever. Made the authentic way with no preservatives. After trying tamales all over town and being disappointed, I bought a dozen at Sanitary and LOVED them. Can't wait to buy more!If you are used to grocery store tortillas, these are not for your taste. You owe it to yourself to try a real tortilla.

They never answer the phone. It takes them forever to respond on Facebook Messenger. First time ordered through Doordash, the restaurant did not fulfilled the order. I gave them another chance by ordering again after some time had passed. This time they didn't tell us they ran out of Barbacoa, instead they modified the Doordash order and replaced with tamales. We canceled and we will never order from them again. They lack professionalism and they are not the only ones to have good mexican food. Warning...do not give them your business.
