Sana All Authentic Filipino Cuisine

I was excited to try this place but am disappointed in their customer service and cleanliness. I approached the truck to pick up my order and after ringing the bell (appeared I was being ignored by the girl rolling lumpia in the truck) and waiting several minutes I tapped on the window to get her attention. I politely greeted her hello and said "order for Mariah", she only opened the window enough to hear my name and then slammed it back shut not responding to me. Then she turned back around and gave me a 5 min hand signal. As I waited for my food I noticed she was either on FaceTime or watching videos with her phone on the prep table/cutting board while rolling raw lumpia. This is so unsanitary, phones hoard ALOT of germs. As for the food, it was ok, pork sticks could've used more char and sauce, lechon cuts had an equal amount of meat to fat ratio, pancit needs just a touch more flavoring, rice was nice and dry the way I like it. I tried one lumpia because I was pretty grossed out about her phone and they were tasty, crunchy, and rolled tight. Overall it was ok. I appreciate the tables and sitting area to enjoy my meal if ever so.

I mean it was good but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, it was a bit of a drive for me. Enjoyed supporting small local business. Outdoor seating and another food truck parked right next to it in case your party has different tastes. I liked the combos though with a little bit of everything.

It's a food truck. Somehow I didn't get the memo when I found this restaurant. It's also HARD TO FIND. It's like a mini food court with all trucks and if you're coming from the freeway, it's hidden behind McDonald's and some other stuff. I had to circle around a couple times. Not the safest seeming environment either.I was also not impressed by the food even though I really really wanted to be. The pan it was salty as heck. The chicken adobo was okay and the rice was too soft. The lumpia was solid.The ladies made the food without gloves and that was unsettling. It also took a long time but it was during lunchtime so it made sense.Overall, I don't think I'm going back.

When I'm craving adobo, this saves me from having to drive all the way to Sari Sari or ChockDee. It's in a little food truck spot off Wurzbach close to IH-10, typically 3-4 different trucks. Dog friendly. Bench tables to sit down at.The funnel cake truck was passing out samples tonite, and the other truck serving up Mexican. If you want Filipino food quickly or have a dog with you, this is a great stop. They also text you when ur food is ready in case u want to take to go & wait in ur car.

Enjoyed the food from this place! I ordered on DoorDash so I can't speak to the service but the lechon and lumpia were solid. Would order from here again.

Friends , as you follow my cuisine odyssey , I hope the unmitigated joy I have experienced comes through your phone. Sana all has it all! Le Chon, lumpia , pancit ; friends do yourself a favor and eat at this darling food truck . Nice and shaded , the fine folks here are friendly and fast. We have only so many nice days to be outside in San Antonio ; make the most of it by coming here . As it was written , so shall it be done

Amazing service, and even better food. Don't know what else you could ask for! Also love that they have combo boxes that already come with the lumpia and pancit. 10/10 would recommend!

The Best! I just ordered on Uber eats everything was good; the pancit and pork skewer were amazing. Only to realize I have had their food before at a Filipino food fest a while back. A must try. It comes with lots of Pancit but but extra.

I went there for dinner this past weekend and ordered the pancit noodles and lumpia, which have always been great. Unfortunately, I was disappointed this time--the food was average at best. I'm not sure what happened to this place, as it used to be one of my favorite spots. Hopefully, this was just a one-time issue, but even the lumpia was different--it looked more like a thin straw rather than the usual style.
