So I came to visit San Antonio and this was recommended as a hole in the wall. The reviews were great so I said, let's do it! The fish tacos were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! So delicious. Not too much breading, seasoned perfectly. The salsa options were so amazing too. The shrimp tacos were also great. I'd reorder again and again. I really wish I had this my first night in San Antonio because I would ask for it again. Everything here was delicious and everyone I was with loved their food. I would say they really brought out the Mexican flavors. Especially if you're looking for authentic and not Tex Mex. Parking on site and everyone was friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

Had a chicken salad and the chicken was overcooked and dry. Otherwise the salad was delicious! I don't like raw cabbage, but there was a sauce on it and it was sliced thinly so it was actually tasty. I didn't even need any dressing and the portion was filling. Friendly service. Would recommend trying. If the owner sees this, please turn down the music!

When we first discovered this place a year ago, I was so happy to finally find a fish taco spot! We've been here quite a few times, and I have never been disappointed. I was sad to read some negative reviews about the food being bland and tasteless. Then I remembered that Texans love TexMex, which really isn't Mexican food. I often find TexMex food heavily salted, which may be the reason for the negative reviews on blandness.I had the Cali bowl. It's a nice sized portion for $6.99 and add topings from the salsa bar... c'est magnifique. This place is one of our favorites out here. This is my take on Sabores. Everyone has different styles of tastes when it comes to food. Looks like, based on the many 5 star reviews, folks feel the same way I do.Bon Appétit

Had to come back and try this place out because I mean...Cali burritos in San Antonio?! How can you go wrong. They blew me away with my burrito this time. I will 100% be back!They have the best service; kind staff and friendly suggestions. We're greeted everytime we walk in at the door with kind remarks. They have an amazing menu filled with unique combinations! We got the California ribeye and it was soooo delicious. It's got juicy pieces of steak, guacamole, chipotle sauce/aioli, and... FRENCH FRIES!!! This burrito cured my hangover. It was so flavorful, stuffed, and definitely made with love. I probably ate this in like 10 minutes lol my boyfriend and I didn't say a word to each other once they brought out the food! I also love that they have a little self serve topping bar with all the fixings. From jalapeños and marinated onions to the most delicious assortment of salsas, you definitely gotta try this place out!

Truly a gem, the place is cozy and staff is always nice. The california burrito is not only the best burrito i've had, it's big! The fish tacos are authentic along with the other foods. Variety in sauces and they are all delicious. Definitely will become a regular.

The food and customer service is always great! Very chill atmosphere friendly staff. The portions are good especially on the Burritos. I usually get the Big Texas Burrito which is full of flavor and almost every time I have to eat it in 2 sittings.
