I love, love, love Royal Inn!!! Great sweet tea, great fast service, and delicious food

I purchased food to go last night, and I was hoping my food would have been better. While I had enough for leftovers, I didn't even attempt to save the pepper steak and rice that was remaining. The flavor was lacking in so many ways.The peppers and onions in the pepper steak tasted better than the beef in the meal. The sauce was super runny, and the beef seemed to repel it. The fried rice was the saddest I've seen in a while. There were no vegetables in it - no carrots, no peas, no onion, and definitely no flavor. The eggroll was burnt and overcooked and even the duck sauce couldn't rescue it. Finally, I'm not sure how soy sauce could make egg drop soup worse, yet the already bland soup tasted worse once I added soy sauce. How is that even possible. While I was waiting for my food, I heard another customer share that her food was good, yet the service was terrible. I could also overhear two staff members at the front were complaining about another employee while I was seated a few feet away. Years ago, this was one of my go-to places. Last night, I felt like I paid too much for what I received, and I don't plan to return for a while. I can't recommend it in a pinch either.

Fat Chino with glasses that works here need to watch his attitude. Food is garbage here can't believe people actually eat here.

Tastes very authentic! Very big portions of food. I've only had their food via delivery service but it's always top quality, always get the exact order and packed very efficiently!

This is still the best Chinese place we have tried service is great food is always delicious and fast. Never had a bad experience!

They were very busy but we were seated right away. We both had a lunch special. The menu has a great variety of dishes, we'll have to return another day to try something else. He had the lemon chicken, it was very tender & a generous piece of chicken. I had the shrimp & chicken harmony. Both our meals were served with fried rice & crab rangoon. The decor is beautiful and they had a display for 2025 New Year at the entrance.

So I want to say this restaurant did an amazing job at handling such a big party, we came in with sixteen people. That's a lot of orders to take and drinks to bring out! Our server did such a good job at taking everyone's order & bringing out the correct things. The restaurant had tons to pick from so my partner and I each got a combination plate that comes with soup, egg roll, two things to pick from like an entree and rice for $12 something! (Lunch time) We both enjoyed our food, also my child approved as well! My parents seem to like this place because this was actually the third time they've come to this restaurant.

Placed my order for pickup. Mongolian beef dinner with fried rice,egg roll hot and sour soup!When arrived to pick it up, Andres is always welcoming and friendly! The food is delicious and spicy the way I like it! Merry Christmas to all at royal inn!

Excellent service, large portions fresh and hot. Very nice interior and clean. Waiters/waitresses bend over backwards to serve you, especially making g sure you're drinks are full.
