Hi Friends,A quaint cash only donut joint on a busy stretch of road!! The donuts are fresh, as in FRESH!! And they fill the donuts to order. So if you want, say, a chocolate long John with raspberry jelly, doneThe owners are a super sweet couple who got so excited when they heard I'm from Maine. The wife was working the counter, and her husband came out to join in on the lobster roll conversation. I should've traded my lobster roll recipe for their donut recipe. Best donuts I've had in a long, looonnng time. And reasonably priced for a gourmet type, made from scratch in house donut. The customers proved to be just as friendly as the staff, the gentlemen i was talking with definitely had the "we are here every morning" vibe as they described the entire menu (I was sticking to donuts, but they have a an assortment of savory breakfast pastries as well Not only worth a visit if you are in Schertz, but I think it's worth the trip to stop in if you are anywhere near San Antonio See y'all at the crossroads

This is my go to donut place . The staff is always friendly and they make is the regulars that visit. ILove the cinnamon roll donuts and their glaze is aways hot and delicious. I come here often and never leave disappointed.

YUM. We came in after 2pm, they were still open! Donuts were fresh & yummy. It's cash only!! So make sure you have a few dollars on you. The lady was nice, we were short a few cents & she let us get both donuts still. We will be coming back again!

I stumbled upon this place while on my way to drop a package off at the post office down the road. Since I was going to drive by it again to get to 35, I decided to stop by and check it out. The first thing I noticed walking up was the "Cash Only" signs taped to the door, but I wasn't worried because I knew I had some on me. The staff was really nice and apologized for making me wait while they restocked the case with fresh treats. I wasn't bothered at all, though, because it gave me time to plan my attack. By 9 am, they were out of apple fritters, but they still had a decent variety for me to get 8 donuts.Their cake donuts are on point. Especially the double chocolate one. I'd say the glazed blueberry cake felt a little lighter than that one. Yeast donuts felt pretty classic. Just what you'd expect from a mom & pop donut shop. The only thing that wasn't spectacular was the glazed old-fashioned. I got one of those and a cinnamon version since it's one of my favorite types, but they were missing the craggy texture you know and love for that particular donut. Either way, a good place to get your donut fix if you're in the area. I'd be willing to try the savory kolaches next time and get there earlier to snag an apple fritter.

The donuts are good here but they only take cash or check no card like what kind of store takes check no store does so 1 star taken.

They only take cash or check and don't post this information until you are inside the shop. I didn't go through drive-thru but went in because I wanted to see what they had.

Very average donut. Not much flavor outside of the icing on the donuts cinnamon roll. Much prefer super donuts up the road.

Just be prepared to bring cash. Disappoint that the sign is very faint and could hardly see it through their dark windows until you parked. Had to leave after going in.

Best (and biggest) jelly donut ever! Better than Krispy Kreme, in my humble opinion, and there are other breakfast options, in case you don't want donuts. Great little shop, and a must-try for anyone new to the area.

The Best! Taste Homemade. Fresh. If you go in the morning, you get lucky and get warm donuts!
