Rock Quarry BBQ Food Truck

Best choice I made all week. This truck came by my work today, we got the menu in advance and I was really intimidated because the selection is amazing.The gentlemen serving up the food were extremely friendly and even gave out samples of the brisket when we were trying to make up our minds. They got five orders that I came for prepared super quickly and got me on my way.The brisket is just fantastic, even the lean parts - so flavorful with a great tang. The mac and cheese was awesome, and my loaded baked potato was enormous. For the prices, this place is extremely reasonable and lunch (which left most of us with enough food for dinner) came out to less than $10/person.I love the down home, rustic feel of the truck and being able to watch them make all the food. They kept great music going the whole time, and overall, just a great food truck vibe and a welcome break from the work day!

Y'all!!! This food truck came to our apartments yesterday evening. I ordered two Turkey legs and two sides . The Turkey legs themselves were 5 stars . So tender , moist, and the meat fell right off the bone. Just smoked but with so much flavor . The service was fast and the staff was very friendly . I can't wait to check them out again. I should have ordered extra Turkey legs for later .

Yah, it's that good! Food is cooked fresh daily, hot & flavored perfectly. The meat literally falls apart in your mouth. No knife needed. I was disappointed that the pork ribs were sold out. Oh well. The Turkey leg & brisket, oh my! Great Mac & cheese, that pops in your mouth. Stop by & check them out!

I happen to stop by the truck at the flea market, all I can say is DON'T HESITATE & FOLLOW THE SMOKE (their motto). The ribs & chicken fall off the bone, the brisket and pulled pork melts in your mouth,the mac and cheese is a must have,and so is the quest is to die for I'm so GRATEFUL to have tried this bbq,in fact I LOVED it so much I drove to the opposite side of town just to get a plate excellent service,i felt at home,.#thebestbbqintown,#followthesmoke

The food is amazing! My fiancé and I usually get the loaded baked potato with brisket and the taste is always on point! The owners are extremely down to earth and great people! I love this business. My wife regularly gets their brisket baked potato from the farmer's market. Yesterday they catered my daughter's wedding reception and were wonderful. The owners are great people and the food was delicious as always!
