Pros: - Nice views if you're sitting outside. - Our server was very friendly. Cons: - Although our server was very nice, she forgot things we would ask for, we got one of our orders wrong, and service was a bit slow especially for a day that wasn't busy. - The lady who took our photo and was trying to sell us the prints was extremely rude. - The food lacked flavor and overall just wasn't very good. With all the hype around this place on google reviews I thought I was expecting more but it was very underwhelming. The google reviews are really good but Yelp has an overall not so great rating. When I saw that I was unsure on if we should still go here but it was near where we were staying and I took my chances with the positive reviews on google. I should've just listened to the yelp reviews. I'm not sure why there's such a difference between the two but I'll just say listen to the lesser rating of the two.

For a busy Saturday on the Riverwalk the service was quick. We did get to snag a spot at the bar so we didn't have to wait 30minutes for a table. The food and the margaritas were okay. I would consider this place again because the service was spot on.

Unfortunately I came in a busy night and the wait for a table was 35 minutes. I requested the table side guacamole and will take 30 more minutes to be ready so I have to get the house one. Then I wanted the quesadillas appetizers and was out of order for the night. Service was great. But not to sure if I will take a second chance on this place. Place was loud but looks like is like this in every place around the river walk

While on business travel we made our way to the River Walk. What an excellent setting, whether you dine in or outside the view is breathtaking. Started off with a Margarita, bartender said it was the best in the Riverwalk and encouraged us to try others lol. He wasn't wrong! The margarita was great. Had the table side guacamole which was perfect with the right amount of fresh ingredients. I had the beef enchiladas which were probably some of the best that I've eaten. If you in the area stop it, you won't be disappointed!

This place was just ok. After a long week I was really looking forward to some Tex Mex and as a Texan I look to cities like San Antonio for great Mexican food. I know it's a tourist trap area but this was disappointing. I got the queso- was quite surprised when it showed up.- yall it's TINY. I mean it came on this little plate that congealed faster than your 12 tortilla chips (which had to be from a bag despite the waitress claiming everything was made from scratch) can scoop. The flavor was ok. It's not con carne- no meat that I saw. Next I "splurged" for the steak fajitas the waitress said they were famous for. I don't know why. The tortillas probably are made in house and aren't bad. The steak was medium with red in center so if that's not your level of done maybe try to specify. It was clear they just scored the beef and tossed it whole on a griddle for a bit then cut it up. Not too tender. The onions and peppers had some extremely strong sour or lemony flavor to them that overpowered everything so I didn't eat them for the rest of my fajitas. Rice and beans were just normal rice and beans. Still hungry I was thinking about dessert when my waitress had disappeared so I checked the yelp menu. That's when I discovered just a few weeks ago they'd scored a 91 on a health inspection. Then you start to notice how things weren't terribly clean. I decided to opt out. I love to brag about the riverwalk and Mexican food as a Texan. If they got that health inspection score to 100 and there weren't other options this place would be ok but I wouldn't go for that. Maybe the margaritas were good- she really kept pushing those as they seemed to have more on that menu than the regular menu- maybe it should just be a bar.
