Best meat market around. They have the freshest meat cut fresh daily and the prices I haven't seen this cheap in a long time

The pan dulce from Rios has to be one of the best . We went on a Sunday around 4 pm most of the pan dulce was gone but we got a couple of items they had left and everything we got was so delicious. Soft and fresh . I can not wait to go back a lil early to get there award winning conchas.

I was looking for authentic Mexican sweet bread, and a friend recommended this place. I love the bakery and I love the tacos. I had barbacoa and rajas tacos and they were delicious. I loved the conchas, donas, hojarascas. This is a great Mexican bakery. They don't have tables to eat there and it's a gas station too.

Perfect spot for breakfast tacos, gas, groceries and even a small meat market in store for a quick and easy in and out for what you need for any event. The Rios Meat market has recently undergone some major upgrades. My favorite upgrade is the new Drive thru for tacos; its fast and easy and super delicious! Located on the corner of Zarzamora and W Hutchins and also has an ice Making machine located in the parking lot unattached to the store which helps for those weekend bbqs when you run out of ice

As a RGV transplant, I really didn't vibe with the bean and cheese culture of san antonio UNTIL i had them here. The cheese is so good and has a really bright coppery tang to it. Their carne guisada with cheese is also one of my all time faves. Safe to say they converted me to a bean and cheese fan :)

Best place to grocery shop.The other day I came with my brother and we were surprised. The meat was fresh and it's daily cut. The prices on the meat beat h.e.b. and any other place I've seen. I asked the Butcher to trim some of the fat off and they did no charge. After that we went to get some produce and was really surprised to see how cheap it was with the quality it has. I asked one of the workers if there was any lettuce and he went into the back and brought me a case to choose from. Fruits are literally 2-3 cheaper on anything from anywhere. Of course with a bbq you'll need plates, charcoal and etc. And they had it all . Snacks of all kinds they had and lol none of the products were expired. But I think everyone has had experience with that. I noticed they had a kitchen, and I must say that it's nice to see a clean kitchen. The prices were very good you can get 3 of the specials under 3$. And no there not bean and cheese. I would have tried it but the line on them was to long and I didn't have the time to wait since I was in kind of a rush. But judging by the line and how fast it was going.... must be really good tacos. I did however take a couple of there homemade tortillas... they were delicious. They didn't have much of a line in the front since the guys in the front are quick courteous. I definitely am looking forward to going back for shopping or for a afternoon outing with the family.

Food is good but service sucks. It is slow and also pointsless to call in an order because it is never ready on time. They also dont know the difference between flour and corn tortillas because i always ask for one and get yhe other.

This used to be the spot with the best food. Now the quality has gone down, BBQ is cold and bland. Tortillas r thick and under cooked. So sad guess I have to find a new spot

I have had so many issues with food orders at Rios. I usually order food at Rios through Uber delivery. The cafeteria at Rios has send me different food orders other than what I have requested because they end up running out of a certain food item. Instead of cooking more of the food item I have ordered, they choose to replace with whatever they have already cooked. For example; This past Sunday I was given chorizo and bean tacos instead of chorizo and potato tacos that I ordered. At another time I was not given tortillas with my papa ranchero plate. At another time I was given potato and egg tacos instead of bacon and egg tacos that I ordered. I have spoken to the manager Peter in the past in which he told me that he will speak to the cafeteria manager and after speaking with the cafeteria manager myself; she advised me that she was never talked to about by Peter what the cafeteria is doing. I continue waiting for Peter to call me which he has not call and was even told by staff that Peter is really bad about calling on complaints. Employees by the name of Abby and Ruth have both apologized to me this past Sunday after I had to make a trip to the store and take them the tacos that were sent wrong. I stressed my frustration with Ruth and she was extremely understanding but did advise me not to expect a phone call from Peter letting me know he is really bad about calling.
