Restaurante Pico de Gallo

Finally got to try this place tonight! We tried to go a few weeks ago but apparently they close early on weekdays. Our server was wonderful! He was kind and very attentive. The food was decent, nothing wonderful, but also no complaints. My boyfriend and I shared the appetizer sampler as our meal and it was plenty of food for two. The only thing I would say is that the mariachis were way too loud. Don't get me wrong - I love mariachis! But the size of the restaurant and the volume of music was quite overwhelming. We couldn't have a decent conversation at the table because of it. Thankfully they took a break about mid-way during our meal. And lastly, on a positive note, the ambiance and decor is festive and fun! Like a mini Mi Tierra. I'm glad I finally gave it a try.

A staple of San Antonio for nearly a half century, Pico De Gallo is a great spot to entertain family and friends. I went there yesterday to celebrate my birthday and Pico De Gallo didn't disappoint. Our waitress was fantastic. Our food was great and there were no complaints all around.

Love this place, by the market place and MiTierra but FREE parking! Love the tortilla soup, caldo, taquitos, really everything. The Margaritas are delicious. I go at least once a month .

Server was amazing! He was very sweet and helpful. The restaurant was very cute with lots of colorful Hispanic decor, there was mariachis playing live. And food was great. They also have a cute patio with a fountain and a little pastry shop inside.

This place was amazing. They have truly authentic Mexican food that is all made fresh and seasoned to perfection. If you love Mexican cuisine, definitely check this place out!

Ok so it's been a minute since I've been here and sad to say it's gone down hill since then! The service (mid af) the food ‍ don't recommend! I recommend finding else where to eat the only decent thing was my Dr Pepper and that's a little questionable i ordered shrimp cocktail and it's like they used 3 jumbo shrimp chopped it up and threw it in a cup with cocktail sauce they're definitely using gulf shrimp for this! My friends food was cold as if had been sitting for a while!! Hope this place goes back to the way it was cause this ain't it the vibe well they had some one eating here that was constantly using a air horn in the building which u thought was weird but yeah it's a no

I have been to this restaurant several times and I never leave disappointed. From the food, to the service everything is always good. It was pretty busy when we got there but our food arrived pretty quickly. The service is always friendly and quick to bring refills. We also love the ambiance and decorations. I definitely recommend this restaurant

The food was good but not great this time. Waiter did a great job and was very attentive. Will definitely be back to try again. Love the ambiance!

With all the construction around the marketplace, we went to this little gem. It's a very comfy place with awesome nice and friendly staff. The food was delicious . even the decor was nice to see with plenty of seating. It was packed, which is always good. Our wait time was 20 minutes.. I ordered the flauta plate, and the Mr. ordered the chicken milanesa plate. And both came out cooked to order.

Always great food. This is the best place for a Mexican breakfast when staying downtown.
