Incredibly rude. We drove half an hour after getting off of our server shifts to be turned away because we were not drinking at the bar despite being told to go around back so we could order by the bouncers. We told the cooks we could wait as long as they wanted us too even if that meant an hour or more and we were told to fuck off. Its a real shame that yall have no respect for fellow service industry workers making an effort to come out and support a local business. We will be back for the food but maybe consider being kind to your customers even if it is a little busy. We understand you being slammed, we dont understand the disrespect.

The damn good loaded tortilla chips lived up to their name. The vegetarian option was hardy and tasty. The order was big enough to share. Best of all, I felt like I was eating a healthier version of bar food. It was piled with mushrooms, onions, avocado. The shredded cheese could have been better if completely melted on to the chips. Having this good truck available in Hills and Dales is super convenient.

I have to hand it to Renegade Foodie for being the tactical unit to handle a bunch of Sunday Funday victims who immediately have the "drunchies" craving. Tucked away in the back patio of Hills & Dales you'll see their food truck helping curve folks from tipsyville and get them shipped to buzz-island. The line to order food was quite easy and didn't take long; however, receiving the food was quite the opposite. It took about 35/40 minutes minimum to receive an order of pickle chips and a platter of chicken tenders and potato crisps. There were a few orders but nothing that should've taken that long from my experience with food truck orders. I've been in lines way longer and still received my food quicker. The staff here is working quite hard so i do appreciate that, but it did seem a tad chaotic in the kitchen.I really did like the pickle chips and highly recommend them! Sadly the chicken tenders and potato crisps kinda missed the mark. It's solid bar food but not anything i would recommend again. My friends and I agreed the potato crisps were quite oily.I'm certain I'll order food here again now that I'm aware how fun H&D is for Sunday Funday. And I'll make sure to update my review after my next encounter.

Quesadillas are big but nasty. Shredded cheese not melted and the asada was dry like Texas summers. The asada tacos dry too. I will say that I'm sober and this place is definitely food you get when you're drunk. Zero stars

The quesadillas are fantastic, been consistent for years. Sometimes I come to hills and dales only for the food.

I love going out in the parking lot and seeing that Renegade Foodie is the breakfast vendor for the day!! For me that means omelette day! I love omelette day!!! I have tried both the San Antonio omelette and the build your own omelette with everything. Both are amazing treats for my tongue. Though my preference is the one with everything. If they are serving the breakfast burger get it. Such oozy yummy goodness in a bun. Back, egg and beef just go go good together. They have other items on the menu for breakfast and one day I will venture away from the omelettes. Also I'm hoping to encounter them for lunch or dinner so u can try what is offered for those meals too. The customer service is wonderful. I feel appreciated and valued as a customer. That and delicious food at a fair price means 5 stars all the way!!!!! *****

When we first walk up to the window the women wasn't friendly at all. She deep sighed impatiently because we were reading the menu. Mind you there wasn't a line. I placed my order and handed her cash. She was so inconvenienced that I used cash. The level attitude is ridiculous. We ordered asada street tacos and asada quesadilla's. We are pretty sure it is chorizo because the texture, color and smell is way different from the street tacos. We tried asking them to change it but the rude girl at the window argued that's what their asada is like that. Lol! We have a comparison ... on top of that it was a 45 minute wait. I'll door dash food to hills and dales before eating at this truck. Work on your customer service because your food is just ok. Nothing to write home about.

Omg. The tacos are amazing. Moist. Good value. Nice presentation. They are always quick to serve and the sauce has just the right spice.

First off, the quesadillas here are probably some of the best I've had in my entire life. Definitely in the top 5. Second, the mozzarella sticks are insane. The are made in house and they really need to be eaten fresh to really enjoy them. This food truck is located at a popular bar and is putting out amazing food. I can't wait to try other items off the menu.
