Delicious creole /cajun food . I ordered the. Chicken and sausage gumbo and a lemon pepper wing plate .The food is made to order and hot when you receive it . Tia , Gramdma Honey, and Chef Uncle are the best !

So we went here because I saw on instagram it was an up and coming food truck. Super impressed. A bit of a drive but worth it for the food. My husband, who doesn't like seafood, did me a solid by going to them. Their menu had a chicken and sausage gumbo. Which he loved! I had a "big back" platter it. It had fried and seasoned wings, two pieces of fried fish, and some shrimp with a side of fries. It was too much food. I had that platter for dinner. For a midnight snack. And for lunch the next day. My photo is of the lemonade which the cashier helped me greatly. I love strawberry and watermelon together. It's a refreshing flavor combination that reminds me of summer. I appreciated her mixing it for me and it was better than I hoped. This delicious trip is worth the drive, the amount of food you get is on par with the price. This is a food truck with Cajun food. I don't know how they fit all that flavor in such a small truck! I had the chicken and sausage gumbo. There was so much food I ate it for two days. I look forward to going there again. Also, they do catering!!

I did a Too Good To Go pick up and received red beans and rice, fried catfish, banana pudding, and a drink. Everything was sooo good! The red beans and rice were nostalgic. The flavor will send you straight to Cajun Country. The banana pudding was so fluffy and light with an amazing flavor. I don't eat deserts but, I'm hiding this one from my kids to have for myself. (I got 2 orders. They're both mine. ) The catfish breading had a really good taste with the perfect seasonings in it. This place is a hidden gem in SA. I would never have known about it if it weren't for the Too Good To Go app. I will definitely be back and will be telling all my people about it.

Benn twice and will be back for more!! Loved the gumbo and cornbread. Toddler loved Mac and cheese and red beans and rice. She kept signing "More" and clapped her hands. I was applauding too!

Cajun Menu, Yummy Food , great big portions . I recommend this! Suited my louisiana taste buds just right!

I got my two meals through the Too Good To Go app so I'm not sure about bang for the buck here. What I do know is that I got a generous portion of pasta with chicken and sausage in a tasty Cajun cream sauce. I personally could have used more spice, but that's not really a criticism.
