Recently, I used Potbelli BBQ & Catering to feed between 15 - 20 people for my mother's 80th birthday celebration and had a wonderful experience.After reviewing the menu online, I called to speak with somebody to guide me on what I should order and how much. Terence (the owner) was responsive in returning my phone call and helped me determine the type and quantity of brisket and rack of ribs. Later after placing the order, he came by the house at a time that was previously agreed upon for quick introductions. Leading up to the celebration, he was proactive in his communications, and I always felt informed on the status of things.He delivered my order to the house on time and without incident. The food was excellent and with rave reviews about the meat being "fantastic" and "one of the best" from multiple people speaks volumes! You know it's good to when you get comments like this, and you don't ask - they tell you!I will use Potbelli BBQ & Catering again and recommend without hesitation. So he finally refunded the $80.00. He messaged me on Nextdoor app, to remove the original review. I told him that I couldn't, because I don't know if the brisket is any good, since the last batch 3# of brisket that I purchased was dry

All honesty, this was the best ribs and brisket I've ever had, and it was so juicy and tender! Terrance knows how to BBQ!!!! You can really tell there was love, time, and effort put into this. I can not express enough how good this was! I can't wait to have our next event with Potbelli catering!

I ordered a family dinner from Terrence for me my mother-in-law and my two kids and husband. He didn't disappoint, he was very courteous and even delivered our order for free. We ordered brisket, ribs and pulled pork with sausage. The price was good but the flavor was incredible. It was extremely tender and very very flavorful with a slight salty kick to it. He will definitely have our business from now on. If you're ever having a party or dinner party give him a call!
