Fewer hairs in their pizza would be a great first start. At first, I wasn't going to leave this review because it happens from time to time. But to have multiple slices of pizza have that issue is unacceptable. I called and let them know and they offered to remake the pizza and of course apologized.We declined the remake and will probably not dine at Poppys Pizza moving forward.

The service was wonderful, and the ambiance in the restaurant was comfortable! I will likely come back for these reasons. I had really hoped to love the pizza, but it was just ok. The dough tasted, well, doughy? And kinda plain. The sauce was good, & the cheese was good. It was good, but not what I was looking for. I'll need to try something different if/when I return. It's a nice place, so hopefully I will update soon.

Delicious pizza! The service was good, nice quiet little spot. We also got mozzarella sticks but I do not think they were worth it for I believe it was $7. Came with 4 small mozzarella sticks that tasted frozen.

This was a last minute pick for pizza on a day off. We ordered with ease. Got our food quickly. The Caprese salad was savory and encompassed so many flavors that paired with each other famously. The Greek pizza oozed with cheese. The crust was crisp and held the amazing and flavorful toppings (grilled chicken, spinach, fresh tomatoes, and artichokes) excellently.Poppy's gave me that classic 90s pizza vibe. Definitely will be back to try some of the pasta.

CRISPY CRUST. That's what did it for me. The under carriage of both slices was spot on. Very friendly staff. It's pizzeria for sure. Not sure if the toppings I got could have been better. The green peppers were slimy. I'll blame myself for choosing that. But I can't pass up a good crispy crunch to my pizza. Go try them out

Open on Christmas Eve when many other places were not. Buffet had very fresh items. Spring mix was really good. Spinach leafs as an offering would be even better. Many dressings offerings.Pizza was made to order fresh. Buffet included a drink also. Was a great option for the three in our party. Everyone was able to choose what they wanted. Not a bad price. Location is close to the airport. Place was very clean. Chef removed items from our table as needed very quickly. The workers were very friendly.Pizza was very good. Very tasty! Again, made to order. It only took a few minutes for the pizza to arrive to our table very hot and freshly made.Would eat here again definitely!

The pizza is great from a taste and texture stand point. I have not observed any cleanliness issues at the facility or with the food to date. They have been the most reasonably priced of other nearby pizza joints in Castle Hills. Their sizes are also larger than average. A large is more like an extra large elsewhere. All this makes for good value for large families. I would build in an extra 15 minutes to whatever advertised prep time they give.
