Did a Mobile order, got there and the line was crazy long. So I sat in the line for 15 minutes or so. Got to the front and the outdoor menus were off. I get to the window and they tell me I'm at the wrong store. I said no the app shows right here. The address in the app is wrong. So they fund my order and tell me that do not serve the fish sandwich anymore, but it's on the app and online. Had to call my wife for her new order, so I went inside so I didn't hold up the line anymore. The store inside was nice and new, I got my food pretty quickly after the sandwich debacle. Grabbed my stuff and went home. The chicken was cooked well, rice and beans were tasty but they only gave us a drop of gravy for the mashed potatoes. Will probably go back once it's open for a while and they work out the kinks.

TLDR: cold food, 10 minutes to get a re-fire on 2 items, "care free" attitude, don't go here.----------This specific location is probably THE WORST when it comes to food and service. Let me tell you why.First things first, if you like food that barely peaks at "room temperature", you might rate this place higher than its current 1.8/5 rating. I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich, a 1pc kids tender meal, fries, an apple pie and drinks. The only thing they didn't manage to fumble were the drinks and the 1 chicken tender. Everything else was cold.Second, if you like waiting longer than expected to pick up your order or get your order fixed, you'll love to hear that i waited an additional 10 minutes for a re-fire of my chicken sandwich and apple pie. 2 things...10 minutes. What's shocking is that someone came in for a DoorDash order ready for pickup and they didn't even have the thing ready! He probably waited 15 minutes in the lobby just for that.Finally, the people here give off this vibe of "I could care less." I get that fast food isn't the most optimal job in the world, but these guys couldn't fake wanting to be there even if they tried.It's best just to avoid this location. It ain't worth the one chance that it'll be good.

I hope the franchise owner see this review. this Popeyes on potranco in San Antonio Texas is terrible!!! do not eat here!!! I have been a valuable cus here because I live in the area. the last three times I have simply ordered a 2 piece white with an extra wing and extra biscuit. they have messed up my order every time. well this time I checked my order before gettI g home and being disappointed again. of course my extra items were missing again. we pay these high ass prices and the least you can do is get the order correct. there was no name given from the cashier and no name given on my receipt. I told him my order was messed up again and he began to tell me right away sir it's only a biscuit and wing. we can get that. I was like well sir you mess up my order every time. can you pay attention to detail and just give me what I pay for. the cashier had an attitude and made it seem like I was the one being difficult. I'm like Mr cashier I have got fed up with paying for food and not getting what I paid for. this is the last time. well as always this Popeyes restaurant is always quick to give me my money back, but fail to take accountability to just simply getting my order right for what I paid for. this Popeyes is terrible and I am tired of being the one who gets blamed and customer service evidently is not a priority at this Popeyes. dear owner please get involved with who ever is doing the hiring and get this corrected. customer service sucks and they just need to get the food right especially wake the customer is paying extra money for food that they expect when ordering. this restaurant is Trash and I am not going back. please anyone who wants what they pay for you should never go here eother. I am open to talk to the owner to. Its clear on my first visit why the review score for the potranco/ stevens ranch is not even at a 2. To save you all the hassle I recommend a different location. The service at drive through was very slow. The reps didnt know how to respond with better customer service. And there is no reason in the app to choose drive thru pick up with a set time because they made me wait 20 minutes after my pick up time and admitted it would have been the same experience ordering at the store instead. Store needs to work on productivity and customer experience. The food was also not too great. The dining room looked like it needed some attention as well.

I stopped going to this location several months ago because I got tired of the staff getting my order wrong. I decided to give a try today in hopes that the service had gotten better. Well, sad to say, they got my order wrong again! Also, the young man taking my order never even looked at me. I did check my receipt to make sure he heard correctly which he did but when I go home what I got was not what I ordered. I think that I'm done with this location.

Just visited Popeyes #13752 on potranco. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. I got the food and looked in bag and my fries had like 8 and the bag was greasy and smashed. I asked for another fry. This drive thru brainless person asked me if I wanted my fries fresh!! OMG!!! Why wouldn't I? After waiting for my fries they returned with similar warmed fries. This place needs to be shut down for sure!

8 o'clock at night. The employees lack a sense of care. They clearly don't want to be here, they argue with each other. The guys in the back with the guys taking orders and the window. The only nice and polite person was the young lady (jasmine) taking my order at the counter, she was very nice. If you decide to come here anyway, be prepared to double check your order as you should anyway. But Do not drive away without checking, they will forget something and also, be prepared to wait a while, there really isn't any hustle from them. Not sure why I came here, I hope I don't regret it.

NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!I stopped by today 4/6/2023 at 4:40. I went inside and ordered 12 piece family meal. The "manager" Jake said it would be a 20-minute wait. I said "ok". I knew it was peak hour. Well, 35 minutes roll around and no "Family meal." Went to the counter and asked for my order. The young lady who helped me was overwhelmed. No management or support to in any way. I told her that I'm going on 40 minutes waiting for my order. She was able to get part of the order together while waiting for the chicken. All while the "manager" Jake decided to take a break without telling anyone and leaving the register with people waiting in line. Every single time I have been to this location it is absolutely terrible and I feel so ripped off. I ordered online at 8:04 and drove away at 8:52 pm. As soon as I pulled up to the window all the guy said was "pull forward please." So I sat and waited for the longest time for someone to bring a grease covered bag out with the boxes of food literally thrown in. And this is what $50.00 and a waste of 45 minutes got me, burned, dry unappetizing food with the worst possible service. I blame myself for not learning my lesson the first times. I have learned this time and will never be back and I do not recommend anyone waste their money.
