Loved the taquitos dorados and el pollo asado anda salsa So Good. I definitely do think I will be going again to Order.

The chicken tasted just like the one they sell in mexico......the only thing that was missing a bit more of seasoning are the potatoes

This place has been here for a little while every time I go by I want to stop well I did today and I have to say it was well worth it. The chicken is amazing flavorful and juicy. They have the most delicious roasted potatoes that will leave you licking your fingers now they are not fries guys they are small round potatoes but oh my amazing. The hot sauce is perfect and goes well with the flautas that come with your family order. Here I am ranting away about the food but I also have to say the customer service is outstanding they go above and beyond. I truly recommend this place I will try and stop at least once a week for sure. I forgot to mention no alcohol but they allow you to bring your own so party time.

The chicken is moist and delicious. The whole red potatoes have the perfect amount of salt in combination with the chicken. The added flautas were a nice addition and a surprise to my order! I haven't been inside, I usually do the drive thru!!!

Very tasty! It's a couple of notches up from El Pollo Loco. They use a spice blend that's makes their grilled chicken simply delicious. I would definitely recommend their #2 Family combo; it's a bargain at $18.49. The chicken flautas are flavorful. Their side dishes are on point! The roasted potatoes are salted just right and cooked perfectly. They offer a cold macaroni salad that hits the spot. Their coleslaw can almost be considered a dessert. It's soaked in pineapple juice, and is very refreshing. If you're into meal prep then you may to consider their Wednesday special- 2 whole chickens for $16.99 cut into perfect sized portions. I would definitely recommend giving this chicken joint a try.

I stopped by on Sunday order two chickens came with flautas and potatoes. They charged an additional $15 to give me a very bad looking lettuce and sour cream for the flautas, the food was EXTREMELY salty and it was inedible. We had to toss everything in the trash. $60 dollars wasted.

Really disappointed on this place, this is our second time visiting this place and last they are always out of things and they let you know after they charged you.The first time we went the chicken was good the cow slaw was VERY water down but the second time around they didn't have the flautas nor the potatoes so I had to get different "sides" and on the drive through it shows the meal as chicken , flautas , potatoes & a side and to make a long story short since they didn't have any of the things that it originally comes with the replace 2 sides without saying what they didn't have and when I looked at what they gave me I asked it they gave me the wrong order which they said " No that's your order" and blamed it on other members for not notifying me about it previously and said have a good day, I proceeded to ask for a refund and give the food back and they said "We don't do refunds" it was just overall not a good experience and I try giving it a second chance but this was definitely my last visit.

The chicken along with the seasoned potatoes are awesome. Highly recommend this place for a family meal to dine in or to go.Either way you won't be disappointed.

Don't stop. Keep going. Not worth it. I ordered a bowl. My chicken was cold as ice. The picture showed grilled chicken and I got slivers of ice cold chicken. I tried calling them at the number on the receipt but no one picked up. Then, I tried calling them at +1 (210) 375-3361, and whoever picked up informed me that Pollo Pechugon does not have their own phone number. The employees at Pollo Pechugon use their phone.

Excellent rotisserie chicken plus all the sides are delicious. Really enjoyed the tropical touch to the cole slaw. Lucky for us there are now 2 locations to choose from. Newest is on Perrin Beitel near Naco Perrin. No less than 40 persons that I have referred here have loved it. They're still talking about the food days later. Now that's impressive!
