pretty good!!very saucey but i should of asked for the sauce on the side oops. i went with a custom bowl because im used to how we do it in LA, but it was very filling. if you do a custom bowl, they give you a paper to fill out and then you give it to them after.inside the mall & they have a cute seating area. the poke bowl was everything i needed. they also have a wonderful selection of drinks/boba. service was pretty decent as well.

I ordered (on uber eats) a Pork Katsu bowl, the Creamy Spicy Crab Onigiri and the Matcha Latte with Honey Boba. I have been looking for a good onigiri place in San Antonio and if you want something without all the bells and whistles, this place is for you. The onigiri looks like the ones from Japan but there isn't a lot of flavoring and it's not spicy if you're worried about that! The pork katsu bowl was just fine, but a bit underwhelming - the rice wasn't seasoned, just white rice, which is okay just not my experience from other places and the "salad" was not my cup of tea. Lastly, I am picky about my boba and like even my matcha to be sweet so I'm not sure I'm the one to speak on this but they boast about tea in their marketing so I will just say - not sweet enough for my taste. Not a bad experience overall, just pricey for an "okay lunch".

I ordered in person.The person put everything I didn't want in the bowl inside. And nothing I wanted in the bowl.So I had rice. My protein. And green onions w jalapeños.I called them and let them know. The girl on the phone and who took my order told the manager on hand. Assuming it was the man.No refunds ever happen even when I waited on hold a long time.I even called and left messages. No call back.I finally got THE OWNER on the phone. She said no one ever told her abt it. And she doesn't know so she will not refund me!!! Then hung up on me!! In addition. Told me the man doesn't work there anymore. I can see why not. She's rude. Don't support a business who doesn't care abt people and doing the right thing.It's next to the food court kinda covered their prep area. Unlike other poke places

A nice surprise for a restaurant at a mall. Many items to choose from. They have seating that is specifically for the restaurant. I tried the beef ramen bowl and a Galaxy series mango Boba tea. Very tasty ramen and excellent tasting Boba tea. Friendly service and good prices

Horrible service; took almost 2 hours to get our 2 poke bowls. Food was horrible. Probably the worst pokey bowls we've ever eaten. Rice was undercooked. Sauce was planned. Include utensils and soy sauce like we asked. Overpriced and taste like garbage. I would never ever ever recommend this place to anybody. They took no accountability for any other problems with the order.

This restaurant is located near the food court of Ingram mall. I wanted a nice lunch so I opted to go to a restaurant that I haven't tried before. The girls at the counter were nice and very helpful and I appreciate the service. I ordered the beef ramen and the strawberry and mango ice blend (basically a smoothie). While the ramen broth itself had good flavor, the beef and noodles were lacking. The noodles stayed clumped together and the beef was tough and had no seasoning at all. The ice blend was tasty and refreshing. Next time, I'll just stick to ordering the poke.

Had order to go, and everything was ready to go fairly quickly. I had the salmon classic bowl, which was alright. Would have liked it better without the onions I think. The onigiri was so cute and small, so I really wanted to try them. It had tuna inside it, which wasn't bad and easy to hold. The plastic wrap around it was easy to take off too. The coconut milk tea was delicious and perfectly sweet for me. I would absolutely get this again. I also tried Taro and Hokkaido milk ice blend and love the colors. It tasted alright, not really my preference. Would be willing to come back and try other flavors for sure.

The poke bowl was delicious. I ordered the regular size Unagi Poke Bowl which comes with your choice of white or brown rice, eel, avocado, cucumber, carrots, edamame, and is topped with eel sauce. The ingredients were fresh and flavor was spot on. The dining area is very nicely decorated and looked clean. Location is great, right at the food court door to the mall. If you park near this door it is immediately inside to your left. However, I give this place 4 stars because of the customer service. When I walked up the lady was on her phone and I was not greeted. On top of that, when my husband and I would ask her questions she seemed annoyed and gave an attitude like she wasn't happy to be working.

Great food. Most the time it's fresh, customer service is good too. Their sitting area is cute too, we always get poke bowls, and I've had milk teas are really refreshing. I've seen they're ramen bowls look delish but haven't had Chance to try. Servings are well portioned for the prices.
