Lobster stuffed Flounder is on point!!
KFC wings
Ordered the Maine Roll. Huge pieces of lobster with thin sliced celery, mayo & spices. The Texas toast was very fresh & tasty.
Hot cheeto crab roll
Awesome Bloody Mary's
Clam chowder
I forget the name of this roll. We had it as appetizer.
Maine Lobster Roll
This was the Boat to Table they offered during soft opening....Red Snapper
2 beers we ordered. I'd prefer a bigger glass than a 12 oz...maybe that's something Pinchy's might consider?
Stuffed Flounder
Lobster cakes, full of big lobster pieces
Biscoff Cheesecake
Fish n Chips and Connecticut Lobster roll with roasted Brussel sprouts .
Biscotti cheesecake
Outside deck
Baked Lobster Ravioli. Tasted great but they are not boiling the ravioli before baking them so the pasta is very gluey and chewy.
Fish and chips
Oysters on the half shell
Lobster ravioli
Fish and chips with the fork as a size comparison for the $5 tin of coleslaw
Nashville hot lobster roll

Pinchy's was an absolute delight! The ambiance was warm, inviting, and family-friendly, making it a perfect spot for a fun and enjoyable meal. Our server, Lexi, was exceptional and provided attentive service throughout the evening. The menu was incredibly diverse, with a wide range of dishes that tantalized my taste buds. I found it incredibly difficult to decide, as everything looked so appealing! However, the best part about dining with a large group is the opportunity to order a variety of dishes and sample different flavors. We started with a selection of appetizers, including crab wontons, lobster claws, and shrimp nachos. Each dish was hot and delicious, serving as a tantalizing introduction to the main course. I opted for the warm buttered lobster roll, which was packed with tender chunks of lobster and seasoned to perfection. The fries were equally impressive, complementing the lobster roll perfectly.I also tried the lobster ravioli, clam chowder, and she bisque. Each dish was equally spectacular, showcasing the restaurant's culinary prowess. And to end the meal on a sweet note, I indulged in the decadent biscoff cheesecake. It was fluffy, creamy, and not too sweet, providing a perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience.Pinchy's has now become a permanent addition to my go-to list whenever I visit family in San Antonio. It's a family restaurant that consistently delivers exceptional food and service, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable, fun and delicious dining experience.

We just went there for the 3rd time since it has been open. Every time we go we have great food and great service. This time I ate the appetizer Clams for dinner. It was so delicious!!!!! Hubby had lobster ravioli and joined the clean plate club with the bread from my clams. Our server, Mikayla was fantastic. She had great suggestions for this time and next time. Can't wait to go back and try those items. Great addition to Boerne!!!

We went to Pinchy's on Saturday 2/15/2025, and it's definitely getting through the growing pains of a new restaurant... I had a reservation for an inside table and when we arrived 10 minutes early I was told our table had been given away!! Our new table was outside where we did not want to be due to the cold... I asked the host to turn on the heater, she messed with it for 2 seconds and walked away never to return... luckily, the sun was shining, and it ended up being nice and warm. We were helped by 2 waiters right away, and we were able to order our appetizers cause we could hear other complaints about not getting their food. Our drinks arrived quickly, and apps 10 minutes or so later. The clam Chowder has hot but not much flavor, and we found like 2 small slivers of clam 4/10!! Also ordered the KFC wings, and they were awesome! Very tasty, juicy, and crispy 10/10!!It was probably 30-35 minutes before our entrees arrived. I got the stuffed flounder. The fish was cooked well, but the dish had no flavor... Asparagus was cooked well, and the baked potato was good 6/10. My wife got the Steak Oscar that was cooked properly to her liking, but again, no flavor. The crab and hollandaise sauce was the only flavor, and it wasn't much 5/10. The steak was delivered with no knife, so she had to wait another 5 minutes to eat since the butter knife would not cut the steak! The Brussels were on point, and the baked potato was good. Finally, we tried to order a slice of the biscoff cheesecake, but there was none and wouldn't be ready for an hour or so... so we got our check and left.We were there for almost 2 hours and left full but not really satisfied... I think they have a lot of potential to be great, and maybe we'll go back in a few months. But the place is nice and new and beautifully laid out.

Top notch! Great service. Great atmosphere. Great food. Nick and his team were on top of things. We had Brandon as our wait person and he was great! I hope I got his name correct. Today was our first time but it will not be our last.

Pinchys is a good addition to Boerne. Finally something that's not TexMex or standard Hill Country Cuisine. Everything was fresh and made from scratch. Good flavors. Ravioli needs to be boiled before baked but the filling and topping was super rich and yummy. Great service. Our server was helpful and friendly. The patio areas are really nice. Nice casual atmosphere.

Wife and I went to Pinchy's tonight for their soft open. We decided to share two of their more popular restaurants: Connecticut Lobster roll (drawn butter n brioche) and Fish and Chips. I got their balsamic glazed Brussel Sprouts as my side and my wife got their chips (think perfectly crispy salty french fries that stay eatable during the entire meal). The lobster roll was amazing as were the fries and sprouts. The fried fish was fresh and the batter held in well, although the batter and fish were under seasoned to my taste. We will definitely be back again to try the lobster ramen or sushi rolls or po boys. So many choices. Staff were super friendly. Come find it on River Road in Boerne.

My husband and I went with friends to the soft opening and had a memorable time! This family-owned and run restaurant is a must-try. Our culinary journey began with their oyster appetizer--fresh, briny, and sweet. Each oyster embodies the ocean's essence (you can taste the sea!), making it a must-try starter. For the main course, the lobster ravioli was a standout. Delicate pasta envelopes a rich lobster filling, all bathed in a luscious sauce that perfectly complements the dish. Equally impressive is the lobster ramen. This innovative dish combines succulent lobster with savory broth and noodles, creating a comforting and indulgent fusion. It's a testament to Pinchy's creative approach to seafood cuisine and as a true lobster and ramen lover, I would highly recommend it.Beyond the exquisite food, Pinchy's offers a relaxed atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating and will be featuring live music events, which we are looking forward to attending in the future. Their commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients shines through in every dish, making it a must-visit destination for seafood lovers in the Hill Country.

We just finished a late lunch at Pinchy's, and wow!The lobster rolls were delicious, and as fresh as you would expect in Maine, go for the Carolina Roll if you can't choose. Fresh cut fries and in-house made biscoff cheesecake was great. (No judging, sometimes you need dessert at lunch and I don't regret it). There is so much more on the menu to try, check it out. The lobster ramen on a cold day or the lobster ravioli for dinner are high on my list to try.The service was great, with Rosie and Andre behind the bar taking good care of us. The owners were there managing every detail and the atmosphere was very nice and casual. Really nice people giving Boerne new dining options, thank you!We did not try the sushi, but watching a few plates passing by this looks like Boerne's first legit sushi and raw bar for another night! I suggest that you treat yourself and I'm certain that you won't be disappointed.Welcome to Boerne Pinchy's!
