My family has visited this food truck several times. Not super quick, but it's because they assemble fresh to order. We've tried the mini taco plates, pork burrito, and quesadillas. Everything has been consistently delicious. Great flavor and quality. I'm usually not a huge pork fan, but their pork burrito is amazing.
