Pho Sure Bistro

Wow. This is one of my top favorite Vietnamese restaurants in San Antonio. Firstly, the summer roll is a handful. Even that portion itself can feed one or two people but we cut it up into 4 and the sauce that goes with it... delectable! The glass noodles with crab is my absolute favorite. You cannot go wrong! It's light and savory and not too heavy on the stomach. Pork was seasoned and grilled to perfection. The drinks are amazing. Overall just a great experience.The owner and service is great. They do take lots of thought and care into the food and service. The lights are so pretty inside and it's so warm and inviting. I'll be back Pho Sure (get it haha)

I can feel this brand new place becoming very popular soon the more ppl find out about it. The QUALITY! Everything is so fresh and prepared so well. I knew after my first visit I'd definitely be returning. My second try just reaffirmed I'll be here often.PHO - 10/10Very large generous bowl - the broth was so FLAVORFUL.The tendon wasn't chewy like I've always seem to had at other restaurants; but soft almost melt & dissolve in your mouth like making me wonder if I've always had tendon wrongPORK CHOP PLATEcomes with fried egg on rice, shredded carrot, cucumber slightly sweet tangy fish sauce on the side(Requested diced green onions & hot oil)This plate was also so so good.I saw some others were trying the vermicelli plateswhich looked huge & fantastic. Can't wait to try that!This place obviously puts out quality flavorful items and with a great reasonable price. Honestly think this hole in the wall just behind the gym is hands down better than any restaurants in the surrounding area and really hope they do well!Don't go somewhere else go here

Loved this place! The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing. The staff welcoming and attentive. Tried the pho with well-done flank steak was rich and flavorful, and the pot stickers were perfectly crisp. The bahn mi sandwiches were delicious and it was awesome to see both beef and chicken options on their menu (instead of the usual single choice). Their peach mint tea was the perfect refreshing finish. Can't wait to return!

We had a delicious experience here. The place was clean with cute lighting. The wait time for our food was minimal-reasonable. I highly recommend trying their signature items. The rib was so tender and the broth was flavorful. I really liked that they don't use msg.

We like beef stew but meat was a little tough needed more cooking I believe. Will go again.

Perfection! My Bun combo with chicken was absolutely delicious. So fresh. Friendly service and staff and clean environment. Five stars!

I ate at the new location on Wagonwheel near the 410/Nacogdoches Rd intersection. They've been open about 3 months. The location is simple, but very clean and nice. Service seemed slow and disorganized at first but I must have hit a rush as the servers soon caught up, were multiprocessing, and being attentive. I had the Pho with Chicken. Very generous portions. It was good, but definitely not the best I'd ever had. Broth didn't have the richness and complexity that Pho can produce, but it was good and worthy of a second try. I'd rate this 8 out of 10 on a best Pho scale.I overheard other diners commenting on the Bahn Mi sandwiches saying they were very good. It's nice to have a new place in the neighborhood like this and will definitely be returning.

Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and the food is fresh and flavorful. We have had the noodles, sandwich, soup, and pork chop, all really good. If you want enjoy fresh food, this is a restaurant to try. The teas were tasty as well.

First time ordering from Pho Sure. And it was not a disappointment. The Bon Bo Hue was so delicious. Spicy, full of flavor. Staff greeted me with such friendliness when I picked up my order. The place feels so comfortable as you walk in and looks so clean. I will definately be back to dine in.
