We tried Pho Filet on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was pretty empty. The server was prompt and we received our food quickly. The servers were not friendly and didn't check I with us, but food was prompt. We enjoyed the Pho and spring rolls. Disappointed that the green tea came in a styrofoam cup rather than a tea kettle. Overall decent place.

Man, I've been looking for a good Pho place since I moved here and this is it! We came here for an early Sunday dinner and was surprised to see it empty! Our server was sweet, quiet but attentive. We ordered 3 appetizers and they were ALL delicious! I had the beef Pho and my husband had the combination lo mein. We loved it! Had a Vietnamese coffee to go and I may just drive by just for that some days! I'll be back!

Pho Filet - Stay Away! This was a very odd experience, as it seemed to have all the potential to be an authentic Vietnamese restaurant but chose not to be. I am Vietnamese and, as you can imagine, grew up eating a lot of Vietnamese cuisine. I've never run into a place like this. For starters, the menu is very non-traditional. Sure it offered traditional pho, rice places, spring rolls etc. But when it came time to choose our pho options, for example, it simply had "beef pho, chicken pho, seafood pho, vegetable pho". Anyone who has eaten pho knows that:1- there are MANY types of pho, depending on what toppings you want included, so simply "beef" is incredibly ambiguous2 - seafood pho is not a thingI also asked for a cafe sua da, (Vietnamese coffee). The server stared at me blanky as if she had no idea what I was talking about until I pointed to it on the menu. She then proceeded to say that it's not a true Vietnamese coffee, they use powdered instant coffee. Needless to say, I was not enticed to order that. However strange, anything can be redeemed by taste. This did not happen. The broth was very light, the best way I can describe it is like a watered down pho. Either they didn't use all the proper seasonings or it didn't stew long enough but either way it did not have nearly the depth of flavor as pho is supposed to have, even compared to mediocre places I've eaten at. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing and unsatisfying experience. The only reason it didn't get a 1 star is the food at least wasn't repulsive and they had authentic sriracha. You're better off eating pho at almost any other place in SA

Let me start by saying, I LOVE this place. I usually only ever eat one dish (why mess with a good thing) but my family mixes it up so I feel like a well rounded review is coming your way!I usually get take out after my kids music lessons and I am never disappointed. Even my kids who normally beg for sonic *insert eye roll* have started asking for the lo mein. I order the beef vermicelli and it's perfect. Every. Single. Time. My husband loves the pho, especially during this cooler weather. The dining room is a good size with tables and chairs. Their menu is complete without being overwhelming. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My to go orders are always packaged well and have napkins and utensils. The last time my to go order took a lot longer than usual but they seems short staffed, I won't fault them for that because who isn't short staffed right now?! The food was delicious and worth the wait!

I've had Pho all over the world and U.S.and can't imagine anyone elses Pho being more delicious. The broth is complex and I love the lime, basil and bean sprouts they give you and they're generous with the noodle portions. Their egg rolls are very delicate (and delicious) and the accompanying dipping sauce is exquisite! We love the generous VERY lean portions of tasty chicken in the chicken Pho. The owner ( she remembers your name) is very friendly when one takes the time to be friendly as well, a perfect place!

I can't believe I've lived right around the corner for a year now! I came in just to grab some lunch to go. Got the pork vermicelli. Food was amazing and very fresh. The seating area is full of beautiful live plants and the hostess I spoke with was so kind! Will definitely be back for some dine in sometime soon.

We ordered Vietnamese spring rolls, crab Rangoon, coconut smoothie, and 2 grilled pork sandwiches. We didn't like any of it. The ever old were mush inside and no flavor. It says rice paper and cellophane noodles but didn't have that at all. The crab Rangoon was awful. I don't know if the crab was bad or what they used in that. The bahn mi are sold in HEB Bollillos. No flavor at all. We didn't finish them. The coconut smoothie had no sweetener at all so tasted bland. Spent over $40 and will not ever go back. The server was pleasant and had to deal with a Karen at another table. I felt bad for her.
