Papa Johns Pizza

Store 3019 is horrible. We ordered to have pizza's delivered and I guess the delivery driver (door dash) took off with our pizza because online it said our pizzas were delivered but we never received it. Another time we ordered and went to pick it u. We got there 20 minutes after we ordered and was told it would be another five minutes. Turns out they lost our order and an hour later we finally got pizza. While we were there we saw orders coming in over the phone and they were printing tickets. After the tickets were printed they put them on the counter and waited to put those on boxes. Multiple tickets fell off the counter and onto the floor; I let the cashier know but they shrugged me off and kicked the tickets under the counter further. This is the worst Papa John's we've ordered from!!!!!

Order pick for pick up went smooth. The inside was pretty busy. The seating was limited because it was a Friday night and everyone was looking for pizza I guess. The pizza was okay. Pretty mid. I'm noticing papa John's pizza is best fresh. It doesn't reheat well at all. Right out the box when I picked it up was really good. Once the temp cooled- that freshness must've cooled off with it. But no overall issues. I wish they had chicken as a topping selection.

What can one say about Papa John's Pizza? It's going to be all about who is hired at this particular location at the time and who is delivering it. I would use Uber Eats and not call it in because then you're using THEM and not a service meant for delivery and it comes faster, in my experience. We've had one bad problem with the pizza and we received a credit for our pizza and a credit for a future pizza and wings. So we were pleased. Again, this was based on employees there at the time. It is a franchise, after all. Probably rolling the dice there. Pizza is typical Papa John's quality. A 7/10. So good for a pizza night when you're tired of dealing with the wait times of other "local places".

This is the last time I will order from here. Every single time I place an order it's wrong. Every single time ! I ordered delivery because it's too hot to be outside . They forgot items and delivered the wrong pizza to me again! So now I has to come to the store and wait on them to fix it. Makes no sense to me that this happens with every order .

This pizza was a disappointment. When it was picked up it was cold even though it was picked up before the promised time. The dough was not completely done and the meat distribution on a meat lovers' pizza was scimpy. The service was not anything to be happy about as the woman who took the order seemed preoccupied. She repeated the order wish and spoke with uncertainty. The entire experience was bland and uneventful.

Terrible experience at this Papa John's. We placed an order on DoorDash around 6:40 PM, and the app said it was ready for pickup. When we arrived, they didn't have the order at all, so we had to place it again at 7:52 PM and didn't get it until 8:52 PM. Some customers who placed their orders an hour in advance were told they still had to wait another 25-40 minutes when they arrived. Meanwhile, staff completely ignored people waiting in the store. The floors were dirty, and the service was chaotic. I waited 45 minutes for my order and saw others waiting even longer. Absolutely unacceptable--don't waste your time here.

This is a double bacon double pineapple pizza. Don't waste your time/money and order from whatever other place you were debating on. This is the second time in a row we've had a mess up from here spaced about 4 weeks apart. The first time, the pizza was obviously old because it was dry and extra firm. Back to this order, imagine paying for extra bacon and getting half the normal amount instead. This is basically a cheese pizza with some pineapples in the center. Atrocious waste of time and money. This location has fallen off.

If I could zero stars I would: I get Halloween is a thing but legit 3 hours and then there is no manager who can handle a call. And when you call they hang up on you. Never in my life have I ever had the most ridiculous nonsense happen. If this pizza gets delivered to my house now 2 plus hours later... less stars will be given. How do you work with people who you do not know their actual name.. last name first name or even how to spell it.: supposedly a refund is coming but I legit doubt it.. whether it is through the app or calling I would suggest not using this papa John's

Great pizza was fresh and hot. The service was nice and they helped out with some coupons.

The food there is absolutely terrible. I had saw a rat loose in the food area. They use expired dough and toppings no matter what per the general manager telling them to still use it. Their customer service is terrible except that blue haired girl she was so sweet. They do not clean the place or keep anything up to standards.
