Papa Johns Pizza

Although it started off with receiving a pizza that was not up to par with what I ordered, the manager Abbey was so sweet and rectified the issue immediately. Very grateful to our neighborhood Papa John's

Abby was rude and disrespectful. This is why I don't buy PaPa Johns but I thought hey it's been a while let me try their new pizza. Oh look, and they have contactless carry out. Fast-forward to just now when rude Little Miss Abby has to get an attitude when I asked her isn't this contactless can you put it in the passenger side. And with all the attitude that she had left she said no and I need your signature too. So I didn't want to waste anymore of her precious time so I didn't give her a tip I just signed it.Miss Abby needs to know it's not always what you say but how you say it. There could have been a different way in which she spoke to myself especially when I didn't have an attitude with her. Then again I'm not the one working for tips either.

I place an order online and my pizza was made about 20 minutes later. The Papa John had at least 6 people making pizzas and they were still behind. I'm note sure if they need a better system or more employees, Being super tired and having a late order just don't mix. You just wanna go HOME! I gave three stars because my pizza (Shaq pepperoni pizza) was really good!

Great service, we are a regular customer, but this time I forgot my wallet and couldn't pay my pizza. But the employee named Cameron saves us and payed, even when we tried cash app him but he refused and gave us our pizzaThank you Cameron!

A door dash driver stole my order, and the management of this establishment was super understanding and got a new pizza out to me right away, no questions asked. Thank you!!

Order two pizzas. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with seasoned crust. The pizza had no seasoning and the steak meat was no where! Waste of time and definitely waste of money. Not going back.

This place sucked I picked up a order and nothing was right the manager was a complete moron and technically got everyone's order wrong and a lot of people were upset so don't order from this location you will regret it and you'll save a lot of time and money

This sucked I first thing that happens when I walk in and the manger don't care she's dirty from head to toe and my order was wrong and it made me mad cause this should never happen especially if your running a restaurant and that should get her fired

Food was delicious. Had a delivery issue was fixed quickly without any further problems. Placed order for delivery at a specific time. Their site said they would knock and make sure we received before leaving, for a touchless delivery. After waiting 30 minutes beyond delivery request found at door cold and seal open. Never was notified of delivery, called and was told they used a delivery agent who must of just left at door, did not even ring the bell. Had a replacement at my door in less than 30 minutes.

My first bad experience with this place was approximately a year ago when I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my house and they didn't do so after several hours of waiting. I called them and the manager advised me that they did not have any drivers and they had to have door dash deliver the food. Today my family and I decided we would give them another chance in hopes the previous incident was a "one time thing", But this store failed me once more today. I ordered a pizza today and waited approximately an hour before I called them. I observed the driver drive away from my house and was no where near the location from which they would've picked up my pizza from. I was tracking the order through my "track my pizza" option on the papa johns app. The manager picked up the phone after I waited approximately 10 minutes on hold. The manager initially couldn't even find my order and put me back on hold, and eventually the manager got back on the line and advised me that he didn't have any drivers today. I canceled my order after he told me I'd have to wait another 30-45 minutesNeedless to say I will never be doing business with them again.
