Amazing everything! The marinara, Alfredo & Marsala sauces were superb! Great service too! Will try the pizza next time!

I love their pizza.The shrimp parmigiana was stale and tasted like it was thawed out and microwaved.

Stop smothering your food in sauce. The sauce is great but that is all you taste. My husband had a bad experience with the mussels. We had takeout so I didn't get to see the place but my husband did and said it was nice inside. I do have to say the garlic knots were wonderful.

Today my friends took me down the road to off the beaten trail in the Hill Country, to Paps second location in Lakehills. They recently stopped serving lunch during the week and I hope that business picks up for them. Now we were not shy when we ordered so we went with some of the pricier offerings. Right away they brought warm fresh garlic rolls. Then they brought our tossed salads with their house dressing a tomato base with spices that was tasty. The salad itself had one small fresh tomato slice , one small cucumber slice and a few tiny carrots. The rest was iceberg lettuce and frankly, unless they switch to some other fresh greens they should skip the tossed salad. It is the only thing we did not bother eating. Now the third of us ordered the large Greek Salad with really nice mixed greens and seriously the most amazing gyro meat! It was a generous portion beautifully cooked and seasoned. The pasta dishes were very tasty. The spaghetti was cooked just right, large portions and delicious marinara sauce. The only thing about the pasta sampler is that it is entirely smothered in sauce and melted cheese so you really can't tell what you are trying. The tea was nicely brewed. The restaurant is basic, tables and booths. Nothing special but certainly clean and comfortable. If I lived here this would be a regular eatery as it is for my friends who are just down the road. I am a bit worried that they may be too far off the beaten path, but for most hill country folk everything is off the beaten path! Total meal for us 3 with drinks was about $75. Would have been much cheaper with pizza or subs but we decided to go big and give the pricier options a try. It did not disappoint! Definately a nice option for really good Italian!

Food and Service is great! Favorite is chicken parm, bread and salad is nice! Clean!

Great food portions are nice sized & is very authentic Italian food. Have not been disappointed with any dish I've ordered.
