I just come here for the coffee and bagel and sit inside at non peak times so there are no problems. I don't like it as much as other paneras because it does not have any semi private booth seating but it still has a good vibe during non peak times.

So I went again and was disappointed by my experience. When I went to get my order I saw an employee switch out the salad from my tray with the salad from another tray so that the other customer got the bigger apple salad. Then on top of that I got these hard stubby pieces of bread. Also, I received a really shallow serving of the French onion which is not cheap.

The orders are always correct, the staff and the management are very nice and accommodating, BUT, the wait time is always too long. I don't mind waiting if they are busy. This morning I was in a rush; but, I thought I'd swing by and grab a quick coffee. I pre-ordered on my app. When I got the "ready" message, I got in the drive thru lane and said I was picking up. I expected a bit of a wait, because the car in front of me had ordered quite a bit that was still showing on the screen. When that car drove off, I drove up to the window; I still had to wait. Why? It's just a cup of black coffee; nothing else. This happens too often when ordering only a drink. They need a better system or more staff, so customers aren't kept waiting unnecessarily. The staff needs to be more respectful of customers' time. If the app says the order is "ready", it should be handed out the window when the customer drives up; otherwise, it's NOT ready and the app needs to be tweaked.

I was served raw chicken in my meal and got sick. The staff there, bless their hearts but they aren't trained on how to handle the situation. Corporate has taken days now to respond to me and all they've done is repeatedly asked what I ordered and if I got sick. Staff in the store were fine just not prepared for something like this to happen.

First time at Panera and wasn't impressed. Went through drive-thru and order was a complete mess. Asked for bread bowl w/chicken soup and Bacon/Cheddar sandwich, chili bread bowl, chicken avocado sandwich w/chicken rice soapReceived no bread bowl just soup and chili in bowlNo bacon/cheddar sandwich some sloppy sandwich with tomatoes. I ordered from here this morning, I ordered a sandwhich and a coffee: I don't know if the coffees milk was expired or what. I was fine all day yesterday and this morning. After eating that sandwich and drinking that coffee I had horrible stomach pain and I've been vomiting since. It may be a sanitary issue or expired milk. Not good

Warning, the new Panera on Culebra has TERRIBLE customer service. We placed an order for 2 kids meals and 2 Take 2s, with two drinks. Paid for delivery and a tip. Missing part of our order once it arrives. When I called the store, I am greeted by "Jennifer" who tells me to call DoorDash for a refund. They cannot remake my order and deliver it. I cannot get any part of my $65 order refunded. She continuously blames this third party for the mistake, even though Panera made and packaged the order. Of note. I ordered directly from Panera and paid Panera for the delivery and gratitude. But Jennifer tells me to call DoorDash, whom I have no business with, and pay for them to bring me another order. When I asked for the manager, Jennifer tells me it's her! Imagine that. I told her her customer service and service recovery was absolutely deplorable. We will absolutely NOT be frequenting this new Panera location again.
