Awesome little bakery, I had a breakfast kolache that was baked in a puff pastry. Delicious! They have lots of coffee options (both hot and cold) and even offer sugar free syrups, love that! The staff were so nice and helpful going through everything they offer. Between the sweet bread, breakfast sandwiches and coffee this is a one stop shop. There's indoor/outdoor seating and a few parking spots in front. We'll definitely be back!

Once you walk in, you are greeted by the most friendly staff I've ever met. The staff are well versed in everything on their menu with great detail on how it's made and what's in it. As well as the walls are just full of color and life and I love the very Hispanic culture every where you look. Only been twice and I've never been disappointed.

All The bread I purchased tasted either stale, dry or too crumbly--the pumpkin empanadas were the best tasting of the 4 different things I purchased. The pink cake tastedDay old and was very dry and not very good tasting -like it had too much pink coloring added that negatively altered the taste. The campechanas were sticky and not flaky. The conchas were very dry and crumbly --basically we took one bite of each and threw it alll away.

We come here all the time for our pastries and pan!! Highly recommend to anyone in the mood for a concha, Nutella turnover, or guava empanada. We always stop by on our walk and grab a sweet treat. It's always a chill vibe in here with great customer service and prices!

While in San Antonio doing family things, my partner and I were jonesing for some conchas and tasty coffee. I was super happy to have run into Panaderia Jimenez in my old high school stomping grounds area (Woodlawn/Donaldson area). I was excited to see all of their coffee offerings, ranging from cold to hot beverage choices. Check out their specials, as they have unique coffee drinks that are seasonal. The day I came in, there was a horchata/Irish creme that ended up being so good and served cold for the warm 80-degree November weather San Antonio was having. All of the breads, treats, and even kolaches are offered here. Check the chalkboard specials or ask! We went in, and unfortunately, they were out of the kolaches, but only because we came in the late morning (after 11 am). We ordered as much as possible in one of their to-go boxes. As we waited to pay, I noticed there were day-old breads, conchas, and pan dulces along the cabinet they had near the register. If you don't mind day-old bread (which is NOT bad and even better for your pocket), I recommend trying any of those treats. I saw some delicious chocolate chip stuff going on there. If I weren't already mid-closing out my tab I would have grabbed a few. For parking, there are about 6-8 spots directly in front of the spot and plenty in the back (with a short walk around the building). The space is small inside but cozy! If you get here early, you can post up and watch the folks come in and out for custom-made orders and their usual.

SO GOOD!!! Loved everything I tried and can't wait to go back. Everything here was so special and well thought out. The staff was so welcoming and polite and the artwork on the wall was the cutest thing ever. I had the Horchata late, a jalapeño cheddar kolache and a guava cream cheese empinada. First off, Horchata Late? Take all my money right now. I LOVE that idea and it was amazing! Everything I hoped for and more. I only came in for that but everything looked so good, I had to try it. So glad I did. I never had a Kolache like this. The dough was like a flaky pastry crust. It was warm and spicy in all the right ways. The sweet empinada with guava. Ridiculous. Not too sweet, just right. Everything was worth my calories and time. Nothing massed produced or soulless here. Highly recommend.

If in the Art Deco neighborhood, Panaderia Jimenez is serving up some artisan pan dulce and craft coffee. I just popped in to grab a gift box, but ended up having the most delicious latte. The family running the place are super friendly, and the pan dulce boxes are really affordable.

Where do I start! Pink Cake & Empanadas? A small coffee shop located in the deco district that not only offers the best , fresh pan dulces but you can find a incredible selection of drink options to wash it down in, there's lots of space to connect with family and friends, or have a cute coffee date. I recommend the Dirty Chai latte it warms your soul and left me wanting more. The barista was so helpful, and the service was excellent! And the price range is spot on for the quality of the options they have.
