You'll receive 3 hot drinks (espresso, hot chocolate, or matcha) and a gelato flavor for each! It's a tastebud delight...literally heaven in your mouth! So many choices you'll wanna visit every day!First time here and definitely not the last! Macaroon ice cream sandwiches and gelato truffles greet you when you first walk in. There are at least 30 gelato flavors with at least 8 dairy free flavors, and sugar free/fat free options available as well. Taro root was my absolute favorite! Although there was a line the staff advised us to choose as many samples to pick from! They were constantly smiling and offering flavor combos and cups, toppings, you name it. Honestly the best customer service I've had in a long time. I ordered the bubble waffle in a bowl (also available in a cone style wrap) with taro and pistachio gelatos. Perfect for an afternoon pick me up or dessert date. They offer multiple drink options including house made coffee, waters, sparkling sober beverages. Will be coming here soon...maybe even tomorrow!!

Service is wonderful and the affogato was to die for! I'll come back before I leave town! No pictures because it's gone!

Love this place sooooo much! Friendly atmosphere, clean and the gelato is ingredient! I come and get the Spaghetti Ice with dark chocolate gelato. It's incredible.

My friend and I grabbed some midday gelato during our lunch break at our academic conference, and it was so refreshing! Our server was very friendly and kind, he let us sample several flavors and helped us decide what to get! The ambiance is classic for a gelato spot and is just a walk up and order scenario, seating is outside by the river!

Four of us stopped at the Paciugo Gelato & Coffee shop on the River Walk for an afternoon treat. Two had gelato and two had espresso drinks. Everyone was happy. Everything was very good. We had a nice visit with the young man shopkeeper, who was very informative and helpful. He told us all about how they make the gelato and the company history. We highly recommend this business.

It's the best....thank you to other yelpers for the high alert on NOT ordering a cone, as it only allows for one scoop flavor. I ordered the small gelato in a cup which allowed me to get 3 flavors in it. Additonally, I'd recommend actually getting the gelato with a cookie added because it's a less than 50 cent difference for an amazing cookie and 2 flavors. Samples were allowed and service was amazing. No frills, no attitude. I tried two flavors and loved everything I tasted. Clean bathroom and nice seating with natural light. My gelato was around $6ish but was a generous portion and really tasted high quality. Taro and raspberry cheesecake were incredible, as was hazelnut and coffee. Ironically, the banana pudding was nice but average in comparison even though it's a hyped flavor.

Very nice gelateria in Quarry Crossing.Plenty of space, great service, and plenty of options. Between gelato, spaghetti ice cream, cookies, etc. you couldn't go wrong with this place.I enjoyed a regular sized tarot root gelato. It's a good size, but they have a larger size available if you want more.Noah went back for a chocolate chio cookie after his mango sorbet cone.Plenty of tables and lounging furniture to hangout, and enjoy just being out of the sun. However, they have a couple of small tables outside if you wish to suffer in the Texas heat.Parking can get tight, but if you can cross the street to the rear of the Quarry parking then you can totally enjoy the gelato.

Nice shop at the Quarry area for Gelato and a few desserts. The flavor choices are awesome, non dairy options as well. Gender neutral bathrooms, couches, and chairs for a relaxing place to enjoy your treats. Friendly staff, very clean shop. Chocolate Chip cookies were fresh when we arrived and were oowy-gooey chocolate and softer than I prefer but tasty. They had a nice assortment of macaroons as well. Worth stopping in.

The consistency was so smooth and creamy #ilovegelato and the portion was pretty decent. The flavor was like actual coffee/espresso and not like a sugary-starbucks-drink coffee. I appreciate that. When I want coffee-flavored dessert I want it COFFEE FLAVORED and Pacuigo got it right.

What a wonderful gelato place. Gelato was thick, creamy, and decadent and the affogato was perfect. Affogato is one of the best things ever created, you have the bitterness and warmth of the espresso surrounding the cold, sweet, and creamy gelato. If you scoop just right, you'll have a microclimate clash of texture and flavors on the same spoon. OHHH BABY.Service was great, the interior was extremely clean, and my daughter loved her little unicorn ice cream creation.
