*UPDATE to initial review* I received my Axis buck shoulder mount back and I gotta say I am impressed. Ottea's did a great job, the nose color is spot on, the hide looks great and everything is symmetrical. They used a very secure and easy mounting system on the back. Happy to display this mount.

Definitely worth my 1.5 hour drive from Austin. I've had three mounts handled here and hundreds of pounds of meat processing handled by this 1-stop does it all game business. Exceptional customer service! They load and unload for me, are thorough with details to make sure I get exactly what I want. I wish everything in life was as easy to handle as these guys make with my meat and mounts.

Great customer service, friendly staff and quick turnaround on game processing. Only complaints would be that they do a better job of vacuum packing the meat some backstrap and smoked sausages had air pockets that causes freezer burn. Also the plastic wrap used for hamburger/chili/ pan sausage is too thin and easily gets cuts when transporting or stacking in freezer and that to causes freezer burn or blood dripping out when thawing.

I took my first deer to Ottea's after opening weekend for processing. I'm very new to deer hunting, but the team at Ottea's helped me decide on the best way to process my deer based on their experience. They told me 2-3 weeks but were able to have my deer ready for pickup earlier than that just in time for thanksgiving which was awesome. I highly recommend the jalapeño cheddar sausage, it's been a big hit so far!

Great experience. I was a little worried because I brought in my first ever quartered deer, but I had no reason to worry. Not only were they extremely nice, but offered advice on the best selection, cooking decisions, and even cleaned out my cooler. Just got the meat back, and couldn't be happier.
