It was lunch so we waited a little but not too long. Our drink and order was taken quickly. Our server was very pleasant.I tried the lemon grass tea, plus took a refill with me, it was light and sweet. The Cucumber Salad was very refreshing. The Pad Woon Sen with Pork was so savory. The crab Fried Rice was a different twist but very tasty.

The most delicious and authentic Thai food in San Antonio. The owners are a thai family and they take turns to vacation back to Thailand because they want to make sure that quality doesn't suffer. Friendly and excellent customer service. Aroi!

I placed an order over the phone it was really simply & the cs was great. Being that I've never been I got recommendations from the rep.The food was good, the rice lacked a little flavor. I asked for extra sauce for the Pad See Ew chicken because it's usually a little and there wasn't any extra sauce, but it wasn't too bad.

When I first got the Pad see ew it was visually unappealing (it's supposed to be darker), but the wok hei taste and seasoning is there. Taking a star off because I was getting a lot of broccoli stem in there and I would have liked more of the leaf in there. Even still, props for hefty portions + $3 Thai tea - I was really close to giving this place 5 stars for those reasons!

Noppagao! This is a solid thai restuaraunt by the Medical Center! This place offers takeout in a speedy manner. We got this place delivered via Uber Eats. They have a wide variety of Thai food and even some Chinese if you can't handle the Thai. When I was asked how I'd like my Pad Thai, my request for "spicy" was changed to "Thai Spicy." When I opened the styrofoam clamshell box containing my noodle dish, I could smell the spice fumes coming off the meal. This is one of the few restaurants that was able to make it 'too spicy!' I still ate it, but I was sweating, panting, wheezing- it was delightful! I know where I'm coming next time I have allergies and need to clear out the ol' sinuses! We also go Kra Pao pork, which was scented like Thai basil and was reported to be delightful. The Pad See Ew was not ew at all. In fact, it was yum. Much like the Tom Yum soup.

Food is quite good, when you can get it. Unfortunately, reliability is a problem here as they are randomly closed on their stated business days and this has become the norm recently. You better call first or have a backup plan if you're intending to go. They've gotten me the last three times I tried to give them money.Service is hit or miss. Decent if the crowd is light but they have been known to ignore new customers once they reach a given capacity. Work groups from the medical center can overload them pretty quickly.

It's my 1st time here. It's a small establishment, but it was able to accommodate a party of 14. It's a cozy and casual place. Everyone ordered something different from the menu. We all enjoyed the tasty and delicious food. The service was top-notch. The establishment is very clean. The prices are reasonable for the portions served. I will certainly be back again. Come check them out for yourself!!

This place is the best Thai restaurant I've eaten in San Antonio, if not in the Texas. While it has the typical American Thai dishes like Pad Thai and your standard Thai curries, it has a variety of unique dishes. These unique dishes don't compromise on flavor or spicy level. My taste buds were delighted in the fresh and stark Thai flavors that come when you've tasted an amazing dish for the first time in your life.

My husband & I were wanting Thai food for lunch today, Sunday, and the place we usually like to go to when we are in town was closed. We were really glad to find this place, the food was delicious, fast, fresh & hot. The employees were very friendly & did a good job keeping our drinks filled. As a vegan it was as nice to see that I could choose almost anything on the menu & choose tofu as my protein option, all of the ingredients are listed so you can tell them no egg on the dishes that normally have it. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I had to head out to San Antonio and decided we should eat lunch before our appointment. We considered Indian and Thai since there aren't quality options of that cuisine in our area. After looking at Yelp, we chose Noppagao based on Yellers' feedback...well, a crowd-sourced review wouldn't always jibe with our preferences. Having been to Thailand a couple of times before, we always look forward to its cuisine's bold and spicy flavors. We ordered Summer Rolls with chicken (wife developed shellfish allergy so no shrimp) to start. My wife then ordered Pad See Ew with tofu and I ordered Pad Kra Pao with ground pork. The summer rolls were quite beefy...in size. The chicken lacked flavor but the peanut sauce more than made up for it. The peanut sauce was creamy and had a sweet taste to it...we liked it.My dish was served first and it looked paler than what I'm used to but the taste was decent. I ordered it medium spicy and it could stand to have additional spiciness. My wife's dish looked pale as well but had decent flavors...with firm tofu cubes. Serving sizes were generous as we had leftovers and value was decent. We thought the dishes we sampled were decent but not deserving lofty ratings.I probably would've been coaxed to give this place 4 stars BUT service was detached and inattentive. I don't know if they're understaffed, but expected better service when they weren't all that busy. Only about 4-5 tables were occupied when we were eating but our server never came by to check on us nor refilled our drinks. We waited a while to even pay and I had to stand and head up to the counter to be acknowledged.Lunch for 2 came up to less than $40 with tip.
