Wow! Fabulous new place...the noodles and dumplings were so very tasty and fresh. They made the dumplings fresh and steamed them right there after they were ordered. It takes about 15 minutes or so. It was worth the wait! The place was an old IHop restaurant and you can kind of tell, it didn't change too much, however, the booths were very comfortable. The wall when you walk in is covered with dumplings baskets. So cute! We had a basket of color dumplings, chicken soup dumplings, Mongolian Beef, and a noodle soup (sorry, I have no idea how to spell it! All of the food was very flavorful. The flavors really popped and were super umami.

I took my kids to Noodles and Dumplings for dinner. We had a great time and amazing food. We ordered chicken dumplings, walnut chicken, fried noodles, ramen, cheese Rangoon and chocolate bao. I had a bite of everything and it was all amazing! Such great flavors. Our server was very friendly. He helped my VERY picky daughter find something to eat. lol She got the fried noodles and liked them. She never eats dumplings but we had to order a second order just for her. The restaurant is an old Ihop, but it's redesigned with a great Chinese flair. I love all the steam bao basket hanging on the wall. As we left there was a sign saying they applied for a liquor license. I can't wait to go back to get some drinks as well.

My new favorite Dim Sum in San Antonio. Wonderful food at family prices! Much better than many more expensive places. We will be back!

We headed to @noodlesdumplings this past Friday night for dinner. There wasn't much wait for us to get seated. Fisher was our server, who took good care of us.We shared the Panfriee Colorful Combo Dumplings, Xiao Long Bao (crab and pork), Fried Noodles with shrimp, and Braised Fried Pork Chop. The combo dumplings came in chicken, beef, pork, and vegetable. They were very good. Even though we've had the soup dumplings before, I still prefer @sichuandaahi ones. More packed with flavor. The pork chop was not exactly what my husband expected. The meat was cut into smaller pieces. The flavor was decent. If you haven't tried this place, you need to add this to your list and stop by.

Wontons were okay, a little on the sweet side minus the sauce. The magnolian beef was SO tasty! Fresh and flavorful. My friend enjoyed her sweet and sour chicken. The fried dumplings were delicious!! I highly recommend these or the steamed ones. The restaurant has a viewing window where you can see the chefs hand make the noodles and dumplings! So neat! I would like to try the Ramen next time! Our waitress was nice and helpful. Because the dumplings are fresh they take a little longer so order them first!

If you're looking for quintessential comfort food, you have to come here. I've been here three times so far and each time has been nothing short of great! I initially visited because I heard they made soup dumplings (xiao long bao), which is one of my favorite Chinese dishes. I then discovered a whole menu of delicious comfort foods like braised beef noodle soup, which includes HAND-PULLED noodles!! Drooling. Every bite is savory, deep, and satisfying. I have also had their pan-fried dumplings - chicken, beef, pork, and veggie - and they were all perfection. The dough is chewy and flavorful and the fillings are so well-balanced. They also have orange chicken, fried rice, etc., and that is all tasty, too. I highly recommend coming here, especially on these cold winter days!

This is one of those restaurants where the food is good but the menu is semi-extensive, so you will have to try a few things to find the stuff that's really good. You are able to see into the kitchen some if that is something you are interested in. Our service was good, but it was slightly strange because we had several different people check on us instead of just one server. My friend and I really enjoyed the lettuce wrap. We also shared the colorful dumpling sampler. We both got one of each color and I have to say that while I love you can get variety with the sampler, I will only order Chicken in the future. The others were not so much my type, but also the chicken was so juicy it was almost like a soup dumpling. The sampler also came after our main dishes as it takes some extra time. For main dishes I ordered the katsu curry which was good but I personally prefer a thicker curry. Good flavor though. I got a side of Lo Mein too. You can tell the noodles are made by hand as the size is not 100% uniform through the noodle length. My friend got some sort of beef soup with rice noodles and it was super tasty! Next time I hope to try the Mapo Tofu and soup dumplings.

I'm going to go ahead & give this place the 5 stars that it deserves! Even though upon dining here for the first time, there was an issue with us getting our food in a timely manner. We live fairly close to & every time we have driven by, the parking lot is usually packed. We were intrigued. So, we decided to give it a shot on a Monday night, around 6 PM. We figured it shouldn't be too bad. Wrong! We got there & the parking lot was packed! Upon entering, the waiting area was packed & it's not really much of a waiting area. Just for reference, it is a former IHOP, so you get the idea. Anyway, you stroll up to the host station & there is a QR code that you have to scan for the waitlist & there is also one for the menu right next to it. We were 9th on the list & it seemed to move at a decent pace & we waited 36 minutes to be seated. We were greeted by our server Isaiah, who asked if this was our first time; to which we replied yes. He then took us on a little tour on the way to our table, which included a trip past the Thai/Milk tea/Boba station & then on past the show kitchen, where there were a little Auntie & Uncle making dumpling & hand stretching noodles. It was really cool & I appreciated that touch. I was even more excited to try the food after that!We were seated in a booth, which I prefer. Unfortunately, they were only able to provide one menu at the time, so I had to look on my phone, but I had perused the menu earlier in the day & pretty much had an idea of what I wanted to order already. During our tour, Isaiah made mention that the dumplings took about 15 minutes to prepare, which is also stated in their menu, so they are setting the expectation. So, we knew that we wanted to try the Colorful Combo Dumplings first, which we ordered pan fried. So, Isaiah went to put that in first. Upon his return, we ordered Beef Broccoli, Fried Noods w/Chicken, Fried Rice w/Chicken & Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumpling), which came in an oder of 6 - 3 Chicken & 3 Pork.Sadly, this is where it took a turn. 15 minutes came & went & no dumplings. We watched the near empty area that we had been seated, fill up with people that had obviously been seated after us & delicious looking plates come out to those other parties. But where was our food? Where, Isaiah? We had been there about an hour before he came back to let us know that he wasn't sure what happened with our order & he assured us that they were now working on it & apologized & would see what he could do for the inconvenience & stepped away & suddenly returned to let us know that he would be taking 20% off the check. We said that would be fine. Finally the food came out, one dish after the next & I almost didn't let my camera eat first, I was so hungry! However, I managed to compose myself long enough to get photos, with the exception of the Chicken Fried Rice. I mean, we all know what Chicken Fried Rice looks like, right? As I was saying; the food. Let me tell you. As inconvenient as the wait was, it was worth it. The quality & the flavor of the dumplings were tip-top! At that moment, I had wished that I was blessed with the stomach of a cow, because I promise that my Rumen, Reticulum, Omasum & Abomasum would have been overflowing with ALL the dumplings! Also, the Noods were AMAZING! They certainly live up to their name. Sadly, the Beef Broccoli didn't really have great flavor. However, it was filled with decent quality meat & really fresh & plentiful pieces of broccoli. Oh, did I mention the Chicken Fried Rice? No need.Well, that is my story. I am so glad that I live so close, because in the future, I may just do online orders, rather than dining in. Because, I will be coming back for more!! One last note. Isaiah was awesome & the staff there is super friendly!

This experience was wonderful! Customer service is above expectations- when you walk in they give you a "tour" which takes you past the area where they make the dumplings and the noodle making area. Very cool to be able to see them hands on and watch the experience. They sat us at a table to see the window to watch the cooks work. Loved it!The menu is wonderful so many choices! We decided to share the Chicken ramen and pork soup dumplings. Perfect amount for us. Each of us got a Pepsi but they definitely have some great other options like Boba drinks and lemonades. Total was : 35$ well worth the food we got. The soup dumplings were perfect - bite the top off and the warm broth comes out with a ton of flavor. The waiter checked on us multiple times. He was fun, explained everything and made it overall a cool time. Will definitely be a TO GO SPOT!
