New Braunfels Coffee

New Braunfels Cafe is the cutest coffee shop tucked in the heart of the Historic Downtown New Braunfels. The moment you step inside, it feels like you've wandered into a cozy small-town cafe straight out of Stars Hollow (iykyk). The cafe exudes warmth and charm, and our barista had such a kind and welcoming aura. The selection of teas was impressive, but I opted for a classic--a Matcha Latte with Oat Milk. It was perfectly sweetened, with no adjustments needed, crafted to my liking.If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend bringing your fully charged laptop or a good book and settling in for a relaxing afternoon.NOTE: The more orders = the louder the coffee shop gets

Cute coffee shop in the square with indoor and outdoor seating. They offer food and drinks. We ordered a latte and matcha latte, which were both bland. My latte had barely any foam and the matcha a was weak. Sadly.The staff was friendly, but it seemed like it was closing time so the energy was that. Maybe I'll try again at another time... not during holiday season.

My wife and I went out looking for a delicious and healthy snack. We both wanted a freshly squeezed fruit juice - but they were not available - so we both instead had a smoothie. They were amazing!!! Def coming back and hopefully catching a juice next time!

Cute coffee shop vibe right on the main circle. I come in here every time I'm in town instead of the chain shops. This time I picked a holiday drink "Smores Latte". I didn't the smores taste, like if I hadn't known that's what they were going for....I would not have been able to guess it. I got a chocolate flavor out of it, but I just didn't get a hint of graham cracker or marshmallow. But it was still good. Priced comparable to the chains. I think I paid like $6.80 for a 16oz. But really its more about location for this one and getting that small town quaint vibe. Its large on the inside, so those people ordering are not right up against the tables of the people trying to enjoy their breakfast which I really appreciate. I could even see this place being really cute for like a baby shower or a wedding showerParking is limited during busy season because its in the corner of a round a bout. But its great place to hang and work on your laptop and meet up with friends. Its decor is super cute with a lil town history.

We came here for coffee twice and brunch one day. I got the avocado toast and loved it. Some of the group got the breakfast sandwiches and they were a bit dry. We came back for the coffee though! The interior is super cute too.

Decided to stop by this shop for an iced cold brew and it was great. Turns out all the coffee is organic which is a huge plus for me. Will definitely be back.

What a cute coffee shop with great coffee and pastries! We ordered chai lattes and loved them. I also just devoured the lemon cake and a lemon turmeric cookie. My husband was able to get on his computer to get a bit of work done and I'm just enjoying the ambiance! If you're downtown and want coffee stop here!!

Loved the Adult toasted cheese. Nice, quiet atmosphere.Many choices and very pleasant staff!

Food is delicious! Enjoyed the French toast topped with strawberries and blueberries with a fried egg. Order was delivered with a warm smile from the chef. The vibe here is adorable, lots of historical touches in the overall appearance. So glad to see shops retain the historical charm. Great spot for remote working. Charming to sit outside and enjoy holiday season decor in downtown. 10/10 can't wait to come back!

I ordered a hot skinny vanilla latte with non fat milk. It tasted like it was a tablespoon of brewed coffee mixed with water. It was a waste of $6.00. I will not be returning.
