For celebrations, Myron's is consistently a restaurant that offers anniversary and birthday treats. We haven't been to Myron's this year for our celebrations but decided to go this past Saturday. We usually go to the Alon Market location and have had a good experience there.We were welcomed and ushered into the dining area. Dad had the Lemonade, Hubby had the Patio Punch, and I had the recommended Oregon Pinot Noir. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Medallions for my entree and Hubby and Dad shared the Rack of Lamb. Hubby and Dad truly enjoyed the lamb and we'll be sure to bring Dad back when his dental implants are done. Both entrees came with a wedge salad. I had Ranch and Hubby and Dad loved Thousand Island. The lamb portion in the photo is only half because Kelsey had the plate split. The chocolate cake with the candle was the sweet ending on the house.I suggest you get on Myron's mailing list if you haven't already done so.

No question this is an upscale steakhouse and they cook their steaks well for a fair price. I'm taking some marks off because 1. The iceberg lettuce served before the entree wasn't the freshest and 2. It took us a while to actually place our entree orders. We ordered a starter first but I was holding onto the menu for much longer than normal before we finally ordered and could hand the menus over.

In celebration of my nephew's recent college graduation, my family and I visited Myron's. I had been once before many years ago and don't recall much about the experience. Due to our large group, we were seated in a semi private room that was shared with fellow patrons. I really liked the dim lighting and the decor. Our server greeted us and was very friendly and attentive. I have respect for a server that has to wait on a large group. After glancing at the menu, I chose the bird as my entree. It seemed like the only entree that came with a side, creamed spinach. I selected the creamy gorgonzola for the dressing on my salad. The salad was brought. The dressing was potent, but still had a good flavor. The entree was next. I really liked how crispy the skin on the chicken was, but I wish it had a bit more flavor to it. A sauce to accompany it would have worked. The creamed spinach was pretty good. I am not sure how soon I will make it back to this place. For the price paid, I would have preferred Chama Gaucha which offers more variety and better value.

What an amazing experience! This is definitely a Special occasion vibe! Went for a birthday and totally worth it! Everything was Hot and flavored perfectly! I can't even pick a favorite! From the stater salad (not in pictures) to the fresh bread and delicious butter! To the savory porkchops, garlic mashed , cheesy spinach....there aren't enough adjectives to describe the uncredited incredible dining experience! Service was impeccable!

Great atmosphere inside the restaurant. The location is in a center with several other restaurants and other retailers. The service was good but I think it could have been much better - the food was good. They are know for great steak and I cannot have steak but my friend enjoyed it. I had the sea bass which was the catch of the day - This to me has been the most smallest sea bass I have even had. I will post pic for view- The restaurant shows classy, but I think it is not as classy as I thought it could have been. Meals do come with a salad and if you want vegetables or any sides they are extra, but good size sharable portions

I loved the vibe, the sides, and the steak at Myron's! My sister and I are in our early 20's, but we like to dress up and go to nice steakhouses, and this was one of our favorites. Our server was very nice and accommodating. The only thing was she looked at our IDs a little long and suspiciously when we ordered our drinks, which was a little uncomfortable, but I get it we are 22 & 24 and baby faced. She made up for it with great service, and split a rib eye between us (portion size was large!)The vibe just felt nice and upscale, but prices were still affordable compared to Kirby's or Bob's. and I loved my Keylime pie cocktail. Definitely would go here again!

*reservations were made prior to arrival* Upon arrival my boyfriend and I were afraid we were over dressed due to the restaurant being in the middle of a shopping center. However, once we made our way into the building, we knew we had chosen the right spot for this occasion. We were greeted by the hostess and taken to our tables. The tables were set, and ready to be used. The lighting of the entire room set the mood for what you aim to be a calm and lovely dinner either with family, friends or a partner.Almost immediately after being sat, one waiter came to serve bread, butter and water and another waiter came to take our drink/appetizer orders, soon after. I got the razz lemon martini & my boyfriend got one of the whiskey items. And for our appetizers we got the house salad with Caesar dressing. Following, our main course came out. I got "The Bird" 2 perfectly roasted chicken breasts with a side of creamed spinach. My boyfriend got the 16 oz filet with a side of mashed potatoes, that we shared. After our courses, we boxed up what was left over and put was brought a chocolate cake for me! (It was my birthday) Our meals and experience over all couldn't have been better for our first time dining at Myron's Prime Steakhouse. Absolutely exquisite.

Visited when doors open at 4p. Hostess seated in the unoccupied handsomely decorative dining room all to myself. Waitress kindly attentive & responsive who brought water, lemons & eventually tasty toasty hot loaf of bread with slabs of butter. Ordered apps: shrimp Myron, french onion soup both wonderfully scrumptious, then medium 9oz filet & cheesey scalloped potatoes that included wedge type salad with to-die-for house made ranch (also available to purchase take out). A little different concept as the Filet was brought out on an extremely hot plate so even though the filet was instead medium rare by the time it's cut & laid onto the plate the plate continues to cook the meat so kinda gotta work the meat before the plate cools. Filet didn't have a broiled type "crust" but still tenderly delicious with various table seasonings, salt, pepper & steak type. Dessert was Crème Anglaise berries in vanilla bean cream yummy. Couldn't eat all the various ordered so the waitress politely packaged the rest for take home. Pics included reveal the progression of my entire experience. Wonderful experience & everything was absolutely delicious as should be for pricing. Will continue to visit in the future while on my quest to visit/compare numerous San Antonio's steak houses. Thank you Myron's for having excellent standards people come to expect from a fine steakhouse!

Steaks have been ok, pretty good but lobster tails are exceptional, best I've had in years. Creamed spinach is also excellent. Service varies as can get really busy on weekends. I come here for the lobster tails.
