Super fresh and delicious! Best that I've had in San Antonio hands down. I got their Bentley G Roll - SO good! Great friendly and prompt service as well. Well worth tracking them down or order through Door Dash.

I ordered the vegetable and chicken fried rice (yakimeshi) and the egg rolls. The egg rolls come in three per order. They were very tasty, I'm not sure what filling they use but it was flavorful. The fried rice was good but lacked seasoning to me. Adding soy sauce helps. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this food truck. The service was excellent and the food came out hot and fresh!

Ordered 2 combination fried rice and 1 order of Gyoza. None of the meat or shrimp tasted fresh. Meat was also hard as if it was over cooked. The meal total was over $60 so not worth the price AT ALL. This meal should have been more like $20. The gyoza was good, but that was it.

Sushi food truck? Unheard of until they rolled in my hood.. a little sus, but no food poisoning here hahaSpicy tuna roll- 3/5, heavy on the rice, light on the protein :(Unagi/Eel nigiri- 4/5, avg size and taste!Pretty extensive menu and would have love to try more, but prices were definitely on the higher end!

I rarely go to the food trucks that cook to my job but I love sushi, so I looked up the reviews for this location and I just saw they were right on. I purchased the Mr. G's Roll & teka maki. Both were super fresh and super delicious. I followed them on Instagram to try to keep up with them I will definitely be trying them out again! Great customer service and great food!!! You can never go wrong!

Food is very dry. Shrimp is decent. But overall very dry. Unimpressed. More then likely will not return.

Their food truck came by our neighborhood this afternoon and all I can say it was surprisingly fresh! I had the Rainbow Roll which was great tasting and my wife had the teppanyaki chicken with fresh vegetables. We also had the edamame. Everything was on point.

Bland Ordered 4 dishes and it all tasted like breaded fried food. Edamame, seems to be an easy dish , no salt , seasoning notta. Nice people but worse than you can get a grocery store unfortunately.

This was food was horibble! I ordered the chciken fried rice and eggrolls. The fried tasted gross. It tasted like it was old rice and it looked like it to. It was a small portion for the price. The price was not even the problem it was the quality of the food. The egrolls came with 3 egrolls cut in half. They gave me 2 soy sauce packets for egrolls and rice.
