Miggy's Food Truck

Excellent food at a very fair price. The customer service is excellent. Friendly and customer focused. The Mahi Mahi Taco plate is fantastic. Two tacos, a nice little salad and refried beans. Miggy's is a great addition to the corner. I strongly encourage that you go back and give them a try. I know that I will be back.

Saw Miggy's truck for the 1st time when my husband & I came to eat at the Smoke Shack. Was surprised that SS now had company. There wasn't a line, so I figured why not try it. While my husband got in line to put in our order at the Smoke Shack, I ordered beef tacos from Miggy's. 2 decent sized beef tacos + can of soda = $6. Good value! The beef was nicely seasoned and tasty. Green peppers, onions, pico, a generous amount of cheese and flour tortillas completed the tacos. While the tacos were good, they're not something I would crave. To be fair to Miggy's, I'm not a huge fan of Tex Mex. I'm a recent transplant to TX and just don't get Tex Mex. I lived in Southern California & Arizona for a long time and prefer CA/AZ style tacos (corn tortillas, no cheese & full salsa bar) over Tex Mex tacos. But if Tex Mex is your thing, please stop by Miggy's! The owners are lovely people. So you will get awesome customer service and good Tex Mex food.

I ate here for the 1st time today, the spinach quesadilla was awesome, the fish taco was great, the slice of bacon was a nice touch. Everything was fresh and done to perfection. I'll be back, it's easy to get in and out of and the service was fast.
