Mi Corazón Tacos - A Late-Night Gem Worth the Wait!I'll admit, I was a little hesitant at first when I saw that Mi Corazón Tacos didn't open until around 9 PM, but let me tell you--it was absolutely worth the wait! From the first bite, I was transported straight to the street corners of Mexico, where old-school taco stands serve up some of the best flavors you'll ever experience.

If you know, you know.This isn't a place you come to for ambiance or a carefully curated menu--it's a place you stumble upon when the night is winding down, and all you need is something hot, greasy, and satisfying to soak up whatever questionable choices led you here. And let me tell you, this spot delivers.

I wasn't as impressed with the tacos. Wish it was a bit more seasoned. Got talked into getting the crema sauce, the jalapeños, and green salsa because we like to eat it spicy... which I didn't realize was an extra charge for the three since it wasn't advertised so I was disappointed seeing the total on my bill. Mind you, it just would have been great to have been told this. In addition, didn't get my receipt until AFTER I had already paid. Glad I marked to get a receipt as I wouldn't have known of these charges. Had difficulty finding the stand. Followed the sign that was out but it didn't help much. There was a bouncer standing outside of a bar and wanted us to give him money so it could be easier for us to cut through to get to the taco stand. We said no thanks. The lady who was helping us was nice and patient though.

These tacos are orgasmic! Love the set up, perfect late night ambience. You can find Mi Corazon behind Coyote Ugly, in my opinion you can't go wrong stopping in for a few beers and entertainment then head out to their back patio to grab mini tacos or quesadilla that send your tastebuds into ecstasy. I can tell this chef pours her corazon into what she makes and I gratefully appreciate the gift she has.

I'm from California and I was craving tacos. So I got on here and this location mentioned having bomb ones. I would drive by there late at night during my trip to San Antonio and wow. THEY WERE BUSY! The line was long so I skipped out every night until I finally gave in! (: The stayed open until around 3am and I waited around 30 minutes for my tacos but they were worth and good. The wine from the three individuals that run that place were so nice and we started a conversation about how their day was going. I'm all for helping small businesses and this one to support. I enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere bc it's literally downtown.If you're not in a hurry and have time to wait please check these people out there a reason they're always busy BC THEY HAVE GREAT TACOS!

Hi Rochelle, We did communicate with you or with one of your workers when asked how the food was. We expressed the food was salty and it was false advertising in regards to the quesadilla. Either you or one of your employees turned your back and left the situation without saying anything. She went about her night like nothing. And no we all left food behind.

Came here on a Friday night with the girls and ordered some asada tacos and a water but realized too late that I never got my water i ordered. The tacos were good but I was charged $3 for a water I never even got ? Asides from that they had tables outside and it's pretty lively here at the river walk probably stop buy again while I'm here in Texas!

Found this little gem by fate The regular spot I usually go to was not available so I looked up some spots nearby and called one place got no answer then called this place which they answered super friendly & helpful they even offered online ordering as well as curb side pick up. I ended up walking there and dining in it's on coyote ugly patio nice and lit up. The food was so amazing the street tacos were fire, as well as the chicken quesadilla and fresh guacamole. 10/10 recommend! Great food and service. Will definitely be going here again, thanks ladies Ernest Hemingway is proud of y'all for sure

Horrible food. Not Mexican tacos. And they charged extra for spicier salsa. Some BS. Chicken is lame not worth the moneyThen they replied claiming they gave us extra salsas when they didn't. There aren't choices for salsa. If you are Latino - don't waste your time or your money. She replied with BS and being argumentative. The whole experience was horrible. Bad customer service. Go to McDonalds.
